I couldn’t cancel reservation, I had to stay one night or lose one day deposit. When I was given room key, that room was already occupied. I had to go back to the office and get another room.

Americas Best Value Inn was just that. It was the best value for my stay in the medical center area. Parking was free and Inn was easily accessible.
Very simple room. No frills. At all. :) Decent location to Texas Medical Center.

An ok place to stay at for a short period of time if traveling to Houston and spending little time at room.
Nobody made up my room ! Not enough toilet papers and no tissue papers. Bathroom is very small and old. No hallway connections to 2nd floor which means have to walk through the parking lot in the rain to other sections Breakfast does not enough varieties Location is at freeway entrance with constructions blocking. Definitely need a car for in and out Room temperature cannot be adjusted evenly in the room The bed is comfortable and price is reasonable.
Close to medical center - and MD Anderson blah, blah, blah
The location is great for people who have lots to see in Houston, Close to all major routes: 288, 610, 59/69, and 45. Near many great restaurants in Kirby area, close to sports arenas and all for a price that is undervalued compared to other Hotels in Houston.
Cheap, but a bit tired. Not The greatest neighborhood.
Hotel was readily accessible from the freeway. Bed was quite comfortable. I have stayed here before, and will stay here in the future.
I liked the bed it was comfortable the room was kind of smal though and the bathroom wish it could have been bigger.
It’s a way overpriced motel. It’s not a hotel at all. And it’s not actually in medical center, even though that’s in the name of the motel.
HBO not working, tub peeling, desk clerk was really nice

we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience we will work on that and make sure that it is not repeatedWe have a cancellation policy i.e if reservation is not cancelled by 3pm hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival date or the guest does not show . then the first night is chargedYou are always welcomed here to stay and will make sure everything is great
