We weren’t aware the pool was closed until after a non refundable room was booked….had a handicapped room….only one food facility open ….we had no choice but to go to the more expensive option….would not go back ….rules way more strict than the other casinos in the state

Hotel room was very close to the casino. Very nice hotel, very nice staff. BIG loser at table and slots, had to go home after one day.
Hotel/casino APPEARS to be nice; aesthetics are there, staff was nice, rooms are spacious, no bugs ... but ... BEDS ARE HORRIBLE! feels like you’re sleeping on an old cars bench seat! Rooms are deceiving, finishes show lack of proper maintenance. Casino pays NO and I mean NO dividends to players, food at AJs steakhouse is made to look pretty but their signature ribs are slathered in a tomato based ketchup sauce, but they sure do come out looking pretty, wait staff is again pleasant. So long story short, didn’t sleep, has the potential to be a pretty nice place, especially because the live horse racing is cool
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only are the accommodations beautiful, the staff very friendly, we also felt very safe. The hotel has done a great job to keep guests protected based on Covid regulations through temperature checks, signage and cleanliness.

For the most part loved my stay. The security guards going in to and out of the casino seemed unnecessarily standoff-ish.

The only complaint i have is that they need closer elevators to your room and alot better instructions on how to get from your room to the casino. An awful long walk before you find shortcuts. The room was great and the shower facility was one i wish i had in my home. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast buffett. Can't remember having anything anywhere better. What a selection. Great stay and will be back.
We were surprised how beautifully decorated the hotel was as well as the room!; We ate at the buffet twice during our stay & thought it was excellent!
