Nice and clean, good service by employees, convenient I-80 access and on-site parking. I could have stayed somewhere for $25-35 less, so was disappointed when "free, hot breakfast" was a muffin, granola bar, and bottle of water. I could have had that for much less.
This is a new property and is very clean. I would recommend it to Iowa State Fair goers.
When you needed a staff person everyone was outside taking smoke breaks on several occasions. Sheets WERE NOT clean. We checked in. Then left for the evening. When we came in late and turned down the beds we realized these sheets probably had not been changed as one bed had sand and small potato pieces on it.
Very nice there, we'll kept, modern and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
