We stayed for a week with a family of 5 in this resort at the end of October. The welcome was very friendly and easy. The complex is very nice, with facilities for kids and very nice apartment buildings, that are maximum 1 story high. There is also a lot of green and everything is nicely kept and clean. There was a few things that did not work out for us though: * there was only 1 pool open and also only from 13 - 17:00h every day * the indoor pool was closed * the fitness room was not operating, nor was the children club * the TV set and the standing lamp were both broken * the apartment had not been cleaned for a few days when we moved in, it was not very pleasant to arrive like this. They then cleaned the apartment twice during our stay (from friday to saturday, so 8 days): Once on Wednesday and again on Friday.... Strange rhythm... * one compartment of the fridge was broken and mended with a screw, which did not keep it up at all! * the kitchen was not well equipped and quite small * there is only wifi in the reception area, which is open from 9:00 - 00:30h, the connection was excellent Yet, we liked the apartment and had a view onto the pool. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists and the life guard in the pool area, who was super! The beach is just 2-3 minutes walking distance and there is lots of cafés and restaurants around the corner, so the setting is very convenient. The area is very "British": you hear more English spoken, than Spanish and the restaurants are fully focussed on attracting British guests. We did not mind, even though we were spending our vacation in Spain and not in the UK... ;o))) We will probably go again, as the price/ service ratio is very good and the place is really beautiful. If the management can either change their advertising, or work on the weak spots, that would make this an excellent resort.

Beautiful 2 bed duplex let down by furnishings and lack of basic items needed to give this a better rating. Lovely grounds, but the best thing was the wonderful cleaners who called in every day and did a wonderful job and always with a smile. Good location near the beach with good bars nearby. Easy to get to supermarket and nearby towns on local bus. Beach within walking distance. This resort could be so much better with updating and refurbishing. Also poor internet (had to go to reception to use) and very limited British TV channels.

What a lovely resort! I've seen a lot of negative comments about Infiniti resort and I have to say I'm surprised. We had a lovely apartment (2 bedrooms) which was well equipped & incredibly clean. The whole resort was clean & well maintained. I only have two slightly negative comments: 1) the pool bar was poor for food but great for drinks 2) the lifeguards at both pools seemed quite superfluous and were mostly seen on iPads, having a refreshing dip or wandering off. 😕 We had a wonderful week and would definitely come back again. Thank you! 😊

Finding the place wasn't easy ! It's still know. Locally as Vera Beach / Vera Coast ! Worth knowing after a 6 hr drive ! Nice area . Immaculately kept , gated village community . Very easy check in . Really beautifully kept gardens . Our apartment was spacious , basic and a bit worn . The second double bed ( sofa bed ) was really very bad - didn't look safe or sturdy and was very uncomfortable . Excellent air con system . Lovely little park area right outside our apartment which pleased our kids .... Until the Spanish kids were still playing out there at midnight and making ALOT of noise ( request an apartment away from the park!) The pool area is nice ,kids enjoyed the water , very good and attentive life guards on duty . The beach cafe is poor . Food very bad , they can't make cocktails and the staff are really not great . We didn't try the restaurant on site. Walking distance too a lovely beach with plenty of lovely restaurants ( eat out!) Check out Millionaire bar from breakfast - delicious ! Also Bistro for dinner ( lovely Irish lady who made the kids really welcome ) and the restaurant in the first corner you get too as you approach the beach , on you right - big pirate statue outside ? Excellent food and wine .

This was meant to be a 5* holiday but I can categorically say that this was not! Check in took over half an hour. On arrival, despite being told the rooms were ready, they were not and the air conditioning didn't work in either of the bedrooms. No welcome pack or towels were available and we had to ask 3 times at reception before any finally turned up. The sofa bed was broken and there was a mismatch of broken knives provided in the drawers. The kitchen needed to be wiped down before food could be prepared and the fridge was not clean. The floors in the bathrooms were awful and after sweeping the muck and hair that was collected we were left with quite a pile... disgusting! The pool bar/restaurant was poor. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The only saving grace was Valentino who was a polite and helpful barman let down by the rest of the team. The salad which was meant to be a chicken with fresh fruit and and a thousand island dressing with nuts came out as a vegetarian salad covered in raisins with a balsamic dressing??? The pizzas ordered were not available and when they did produce something it was really overcooked flatbreads with a smattering of melted cheese and both lots of toppings were wrong. None of the food came out at the same time and for an almost empty restaurant it took over 40 minutes for a plate of chips for the youngest child. The lady behind the bar was quite ignorant and pulled a rude face at the children. There was no clear management and standards are poor. The apartments were of a good size and the complex itself quite pretty and well maintained. The pool area was clean and the children had a lovely time. If you choose to holiday here then do not expect anything other than a roof over your head in a grubby villa. I would not recommend this facility!

First time visit to the area. Check in was very good. The apartment is very basic but good value for money. Situated very close to the beach, only 200 meters. It has got 2 pools in the grounds. Did not visit the restaurant as we liked to have a walk out at night. Plenty of local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would recommend this resort and would visit again.

To start with the put me in an apartment right at the back of complex, even though I told them that it would be extremely difficult for me to walk. Well before that I was driving around for a couple of hours looking for it. The lettering was so small I had driven past, also most people remember it as Vera Coast! I booked a Superior apartment and was put in a very third rate one. The next day I complained and was moved near to the front of the complex. Again a third rate apartment. The shower had rubble in it and the work surfaces in the kitchen area were extremely stained. I was staying 2weeks with no washing machine, no oven or grill or even toaster. There was a 2 ring hob with an extractor which did not work. Behind the main door there was a sign reading "Fire Extinguisher" and below was a bracket, not sure how that would put a fire out! After 1 week a toaster arrived, which had to be immediately returned as did not work. Next day a toaster that did. The staff were pleasant but not helpful. I found out that I could of parked my car on the road behind the first apartment, well at least the second one had a walk in shower. I also saw a lady with plaster on her leg as it was broken. Her husband was helping her walk, also with the aid of a crutch. I mentioned that they could hire a wheelchair locally. They thanked me and told me they were leaving the next day. On their arrival they had enquirer at the hotel reception and were told that they did' know of anywhere. I was told that certain apartments were timeshare, owned by one person who just put the bare essentials in. I paid for Superior and got 3rd rate. We were told that the towels were changed once a week! Then receptionist said no twice & that they were also changed on a Friday. I pointed out it was Saturday & my towel had not been changed. I booked through booking.com, never again. Others told me that you are given the worst cheapest accommodation. I could have stayed many other places, better quality for an awful lot less. Only one pool was open, heard had just opened and did not try the restaurant as had informed the food was not good. Preferred to eat at the bars that I know. Oh yes had to buy my own bottle opener so that I could enjoy. GlSs of wine. Apart from the pool a area there was nowhere to sit outside & no table & chairs for outside. Did notice other apartments had them. I also met a couple who were travelling back to where they live in Spain, only staying one night and were given an apartment with everything in it. They kindly offered me to do my washing in their machine but declined as they had been travelling an possibly wanted to just chill, also I would have had nowhere to dry it!

A group of ten of us (eight adults and two very small children), spent two weeks here in June 2016 and had a really lovely holiday. We had four apartments, three two bedroom ones and a one bedroom one. We were extremely happy and grateful to note on arrival, we had all been placed in apartments next to, or very close to each other and so we could share an open space outside by the beautiful fountain. The Pros: - Check in was quick, easy and the lady on reception was lovely. - All around the outside of the apartments are well maintained, beautiful grounds. - The opportunity to stay in apartments close to friends and family and have a wonderful time, mainly living outside, eating, drinking and talking in gorgeous sunshine. - The two swimming pools are lovely, clean and well maintained. We all especially liked the one with the yellow sunbeds (or as our party liked to call it, the Minion pool), whereas the one with blue sunbeds (known to us as the Smurf pool), was a bit colder and didn't feel as inviting for some reason (none of us could explain why). - The apartments are spacious, clean and a nice place to live for two weeks in the sun. - The maids! They are all lovely, helpful and smiley :-) - The ocean view bars and restaurants down at the Marina, are only a five minute walk and the best one of them was most definitely The Bistro! The Bistro restaurant had a huge and varied menu, brilliant staff and they only charge 13 euros for a three course meal, bargain! There is free wifi in all these bars and restaurants too, so we just took to walking down there, having a drink and checking our emails as and when we felt the need. - Being able to do all your washing, hang it out on the airer provided and it was dry in an hour - meaning you can come home with zero washing to do, apart from what you wear to travel home in. - There is a good water park, just up the road called Aqua Vera, it's not huge but it does offer a few hours of fun. There is also a children's play centre up the road, with crazy golf (a very small course but good for small children), bouncy castles, go-karts and trampolines. - There is a little shop, two minutes from the resort selling everything you could need and at the other end of the road (I’m ashamed to admit it but because of the heat, we drove to it), there is a bigger and very well stocked shop. The larger supermarkets are five minutes away by car and the best one in our opinion, was the one next to the water park. The Cons: - The apartments are in need of some TLC. The soft furnishings in the sitting room, could do with a good steam clean, as could the curtains. Maintenance in general, could do with being focused on. - The kitchen was very poorly stocked, e.g. no spatula - which you don't realise is a problem until you try cooking eggs! We considered buying this most basic of kitchen items but instead, I became used to flipping food with a spoon. There is no oven! If you're self-catering for two weeks and you like to cook, this can be a bit frustrating to say the least. The filter coffee machine is made for The Borrowers and only made two mugs of coffee at a time - so when you have all your family round for dinner, coffee had to be given in small amounts or made in their own apartments and brought over. There was only one saucepan! Again, if you're cooking for a few people, this can be a pain and we were only able to function for the two weeks, because everyone would bring their saucepans over to the apartment, of the person cooking that evening. If you're travelling on your own, then you'd definitely need to ask for more pans and I think they'd get them for you. - The bugs! Now to be fair, we were in a hot country and bugs are inevitable. I do honestly believe if you don't like bugs, then you should stay home but...I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to bugs and so the nights we had masses of ants all over our door step and at times, in the kitchen bin cupboard, I was a bit pathetic (especially as I hate to kill any living thing) and so, we caught all the ants in the cupboard and evicted them back outside and we covered our door step with lemon washing-up liquid and after we did this, no more ants! They were still outside but hey, that's where they’re meant to be. We had two cockroaches in our upstairs bathroom over the two weeks (again, I wasn't too happy about this, especially as one ran at me while I was having a pee, sorry too much information I know) but again it's a hot country and keeping bugs outside all the time, is very difficult to do. We caught both cockroaches with the old ‘glass and postcard method’ and put them outside and then I used toilet roll to plug up every plughole, overflow and any kind of plumbing entrance they could use and after that, no more roaches :-) They again, were still wandering around outside but they don't come near you and they're harmless (despite being somewhat scary looking, poor things). - The pool bar was quite small and the service we received in there, was shall we say, a bit unfriendly. We all laughed it off and decided it was their loss and we'd happily go back to drinking outside our apartments or down at the ocean view bars but if Infiniti want to make any money, I suggest their bar staff are a bit friendlier and they serve drinks quicker than over half an hour. - No Wifi. Now don't get me wrong, I'll be the first to say, when you're on holiday the internet shouldn't be a priority but I'd also have to admit, I do like to upload the odd holiday photo or ten to facebook and so thankfully the bars up the road had free wifi and this came in very handy. - There isn't much sound proofing in the apartments and we did have a few nights of children running around outside playing and shouting until 12-1am and one time we did have to ask them to be quiet, which they were after that. We wondered if because of their siesta, Spanish children stay up and outside later, as its cooler. Despite the negatives, the resort overall was lovely and every single member of our group, said they would return to this resort but perhaps at a slightly earlier time of the year or maybe a bit later in Autumn. All of us had a wonderful time here, we made lots of lovely memories and we are only left with the positive feeling, we would return quite happily and do it all again.

We had a week here to look at property in the area. We are so chuffed with this Complex itself we are now looking to buy on this complex ONLY! Why? The grounds are SPOTLESS! Gardens are stunning and pools are a total joy to relax around. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a poolside holiday. Pools are cool but not cold. Sun loungers are all newish. We love this place very very much. The staff were superb on reception and always helped us when we visited. The area of Vera is very nice...much like Tenerife tbh if you have been. We've looked everywhere in Spain to buy our holiday apartment but decided this IS the place we will invest. The complex is just superb! Thank you MGM. Great job. We'll be back in a few months. If we had one complaint which is minor our sofa was worn out and uncomfortable but we still used it and the TV is flat screen but sooooo slow just to change channel or in fact do anything to it. Even upping volume was a five min task. Other than that we can't wait to return....asap!!!! Please please keep it as nice as we found it. I'm sure they will. 😎😉👍

We stayed at Vera Beach Resort, now called the Infinity Beach Resort for a week in May. It was a two bedroom apartment and was spacious and kept very clean by the staff. However, sadly the furniture in the living area was shabby and tired, the settee was stained and bleached by the light, and the only armchair was decidedly grubby. The kitchen was poorly equipped, this is a list of the things that I needed to ask at Reception to be supplied – a coffee maker, a second pan (only one large one was supplied), an iron and ironing board, a bottle opener, wine glasses. In the end I gave up and bought a bread knife, some scissors, a decent tin opener (the one supplied was of the wrist slashing variety that went out of fashion in the 50s). The fish slice was a partly melted piece of plastic. Also luckily I always take my own vegetable and chopping knife on holiday because part of the pleasure of a holiday for me is shopping in the local markets and cooking. There was no toaster (by this time I had given up on asking for things from Reception), and cooking was by means of a two ring halogen cooker and a multi-purpose microwave. We attempted to use the free Wifi in the bar and reception area but it was so slow it was impossible to load or download anything. The bar is very poorly served, no Bacardi and the Coca Cola had been opened so long it was totally flat, my husband red wine was undrinkable, and he is no connoisseur! After this experience we didn't bother to try to the food. My top tip is to go to the Dollar bar two minutes down the road where you can have a decent drink and excellent Wifi. Having said that the grounds at the resort were beautiful and well kept, with jasmine and honeysuckle scenting the air in the evening. However there were a large number of apartments privately owned or for sale and I wondered if this was the real focus of the resort.
