On the ground floor of the owners' house with totally independent access. 1 step to access the gite then on one level: living room-kitchen area-lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with shower room (shower), separate toilet. Large terrace and parking (1 space) in front of the cottage. It is on the ground floor of this old traditional farmhouse completely rehabilitated by Clément that you will stay. Fitted out in a spirit that combines the heritage of the building with the cachet of wood, the gîte offers a beautiful south-facing terrace. Enjoy the tranquility of this residential hamlet, with its agricultural history still very present. Lovers of calm and meadows, welcome to Allondaz, 9 km from the Olympic city Albertville, at the crossroads of the Alpine valleys. A small well-designed gîte, it is an ideal base for discovering Bauges, Beaufortain or the cultural heritage of Albertville.
