Room was open when we checked in. When we went to take a shower, there were no towels or wash cloths. The room next to us was extremely loud and had to be told to quite down!

The room always smells as though someone is smoking. Fridge doesn't work (had to requested another fridge) Hot water ran out while taking a shower Bagels had molds.

Room in disrepair. A/C unit had no cover, but a piece of garden screen on top. Night stand busted off wall. No screen on window. Rug had gooey stuff on it by the window. Bathroom floor sticky. Grimy dirt on doors and surfaces. Unsavory characters loitering. People banging on doors and hollering for many hours during the night.

The hotel is conveniently accessible to the highway, shopping is very close by and looks neat. Breakfast is good and staff is nice.

Very disappointing Room was dirty and shoe marks on the walls

Because of the Pope's visit to Philly at the same time of Celtic Classic, I could only get a room with a single queen-sized bed- (I always have booked, and gotten, 2 queen beds in the years we've stayed there) -I specifically requested a cot for my son, but when I arrived, none were available and there was a large group of International students (working at Dorney Park) also staying there, in addition to those who were going to travel to see the Pope. My son ended up sleeping on the floor for the 3 days we were there. There were no plastic drinking cups in the room after the first day, nor were there any bath towels left in the room for the 3rd day (I had to go down & get some). Again, I would sincerely have to downgrade my recommendation because of the problems we encountered, especially since I had requested a cot several months prior (when I booked). Not particularly good this year...

This hotel is conveniently located , close to Allentown mall and a few min drive to Lehigh University. Good restaurants nearby as well. We stayed for a night , overall was a great experience - hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and decent. Worth for the money !

Hotel was centrally located to where I wanted to attend event. Lobby area was very clean and inviting. There were a few creepy moments during stay with shirtless men in hallway and a unattractive man in front of entrance asking questions about where were going and a woman sitting on the front lawn smoking. Bed was uncomfortable and layout of room was very weird. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated

Just me and a bud needed a place to stay before a spartan race. No frills hotel. Not wife's standards but good enough for us. But they are spoiled b@*tch's

Room stunk so bad of smoke I had to move to another room and it stunk worse. Breakfast is inedible. This place is a disaster. I wouldnt pay 20 bucks a night to stay there. Also the place is full of what appears to be meth heads/carnival workers.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Location is by high and mall.

My son & I am vendors at the Celtic Classic in Bethlehem and we keep returning to this Knights Inn (after having tried other hotels in the area). It is a great value- clean, decent, and we see guests who consistently also return year after year to this hotel. It's well maintained and has a simple, adequate continental breakfast every morning. The coffee machine operates 24 hours each day- (free, fresh brewed coffee)- a very definite plus for me.

Dirty, Dingy, looks like they rent rooms by the hour. The pictures lie.

Terrible place smoking whole premise smells smoke bed terrible will not go back and will not recommend wasted money waisted time

Had two rooms, 1 was fine the other needed some cleaning, looked like a kid with chocolate( I hope) covered hands touched some of the light switches and walls. Continental breakfast suited us perfectly, waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit and cereal. Receptionist was nice, but seemed to lack ambition. Overall a good night sleep with no major issues

Friendly staff. Room was not huge, but had everything that we needed. Neat and comfortable.

This was probably the best Knights Inn I have ever stayed in. The only recommendation I would have is that the breakfast area is a little too small. If a few more tables and chairs could be added that would help. Also if people would leave after they are finished eating instead of sitting at tables and talking that would help. I guess you could always take your food to your room although signs discouraged that.

Great staff and good price. Good location next to shopping stores.

it was great -- only thing I can think of that could have been better was the toaster was slow. the place was clean, comfortable, warm -- staff was friendly and helpful.....

I stayed for the weekend knowing fully what to expect of the hotel. I expected it was going to be somewhat dirty, and nothing special. And it was what it was. Floors were not vacuumed, there were random screws on the floor and sticking out of the bed headboard, and the air conditioning was filthy and busted up looking. But like I said, that is what I expected, so I did not care. When you pay that cheap for a hotel, it's gonna be a little rough. Including the other guests. All night it sounded like the people above me were moving furniture. Walls and floors are super thin. Going into the stay expecting it was going to be a 1-2 star experience made it easier to swallow. The sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs. That's all I cared about. There is a starbucks nextdoor, a waffle house across the street, and a DSW in the neighboring shopping center. Can't complain about that. I would recommend the hotel only on the merit that you understand what you are getting into. It will not be fancy or nice.
