Staff was rude when checking in. Room was not clean at all we had to ask for towel and toilet seat was broken. Also the security lock for the door was broken. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though we reserved a non smoking room.
This place was a step up from a crack house. We checked in with grave reservations. Within five minutes I canceled and checked out. It should be unlawful to advertise photos that are not from the property, which was exactly the case. I don't know how anyone would pay to stay in the filth that was that place. The nice thing was that the desk allowed me to cancel based on the horrid conditions.
People in the next room had the tv on all night

This place is a dump! Immediately you notice the strong smell of cigarettes and noticed the old filthy carpets in the lobby. While waiting to check in, there was another guest in front of us who was filing a complaint to the front desk clerk and they immediately got into a verbal argument and almost lead into a physical fight! The hallways on the second floor has heavy cigarettes cigarettes smell and the room was very small and dirty. This hotel has a lot of homeless people living in it and prostitutes!
The property smelled like weed at the front desk. When I pointed that out the staff was not at all surprised. The room was tiny with no blow dryer, iron etc. There was a fridge and a microwave. No place to hang clothes - not even a bar - so that was weird. The wood flooring looked like it was installed by kids on a weekend project with huge 3-6" gaps between boards in places. The room seemed reasonably clean, though the hallway carpet looked like had never been cleaned and was almost black. Curtains had tiny pinholes in them. Bed was comfortable. Phone in room didn't work and when I tried to get help from the front desk in the evening there were three other people looking for help and the attendant had apparently been gone for quite a while. The plus side is that I was not expecting a luxury hotel for the price. I just wasn't expecting it to be so lacking in items that are needed for a frequent traveler. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are so in need of a room that will allow you to smoke (apparently that's a big deal to some) that you're willing to sacrifice amenities for the ability to smoke.

Very much worth the stay. Can be a little loud but that isn't the property's fault. Would stay again.
What I like is that the shopping plazas are close by.. the rooms needs to be remodeled
Terrible, dirty rooms. Extremely dingy and old and broken down. Not cleaned, the staff during the day are nicer but the night staff is mean. Absolutely no refunds even if you leave a day early, you have 20 minutes from check in to ask for a refund I have not ever heard of something so absurd. You truly get what you pay for so if you book here don’t have any expectations but for a bed, warm water and a mini fridge, none of which is clean
Hotel was under renovations , very noisy and construction dirt outside . Had to make sure all the roofing nail were moved from around my car so I would not get a flat. The room was cozy but needed a deep clean.
Front desk person remained on his personal video call for several minutes as I stood there waiting to check in. He continued to talk to person on his phone while checking me in. In addition, was dressed highly unprofessional: t-shirt and baseball cap. Had it not been for the wintery mix outside, I would have left and gone elsewhere.
Property was easily accessible and room was clean but the staff and clientele a little scary. The room was overpriced.

The bed is terribly uncomfortable. There had been food left in the microwave that had a horrible smell. When I called the front desk they said throw it away...? Seriously?? Will never return and recommend no one stay there!
