Stay was just ok. I was in the area working and needed a room. It was ok for that. I would not take my family there.

We came to town attend a college football game and visit with relatives. The room was clean and convenient to the college. It was in a safe part of town and convenient to major highway.

the hotel is old and out dated....furniture was old....bathroom was disgusting...not well cleaned and old...bathtub was peeling.......carpet in room old....bedspreads were from the 70's /80's......room smelled badly of cigarette smoke....hotel was loud...could easily hear in hallway and ajoining rooms....

Room was not even attended to upon arrival. Had to go back to the front desk and request a new room. Room was dirty, half of the lights didn't work, hair in the tub and dogs barking all night long. The worst thing was at 12:30 am the front desk obviously checked someone else into our room so we were woke up by people unlocking our door and trying to get into our room. Place is a complete joke! So disappointed.

Adequate place to stay. 24 hour coffee and coffee in the room. Also a refrigerator and microwave. Room on the small side but fine for a one night stay. Room was clean.

hen I arrived at the hotel about 12:15pm I asked the lady at the front desk was the room ready she said no, but in about an hour. She was very pleasant & helpful when I also requested a 1st floor room. When I got in the room it was clean but it was really very small. The sink was not even in the bathroom. Ok. I went out the side door to my car and when I tried to get in the door would not work with the key card. I walked around to the front desk to advise the lady at the front desk (not the same one from the afternoon) that the door didn't work. I got a oh well, if it doesn't work you will have to walk around to the front lobby. I was not a happy camper. The instruction paper given to me also stated breakfast was at 6:30am - Fri, Sat & Sunday. Well on Saturday at 6:30am, me and 5 other guests were told by the man behind the desk that breakfast is at 7:00am regardless of the paper placed in the room. Now mind you the breakfast food was already in place, bagels, cereal, etc, at 6:30am but this dude would not let the 6 of us guests have breakfast. This man should have let us have breakfast since the food was already there at 6:30am. This person should be reprimanded & retrained in customer service. Sorry. Excellent location, right off the Hwy, very clean, comfortable beds.

We didn't spend much time at hotel. Room was nice.and clean.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it for anyone staying in the Allentown area.

Not many options available! And the fruit was not fresh

The manager was rude and non attentive. Although i was put in a non smoking room i could still smell cigarettes. Never again.

Honestly, before the bedbug issue became apparent, the hotel stay was nice enough. A bit loud, but the room itself was fine. Management immediately provided a full refund, but how do you make up for the hassle of switching hotels, having to have all your belongings cleaned and heated, buying new luggage...

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pictures that were advertising was not how the rooms were actually set up but that didn't make my experience any less enjoyable.

Room felt a bit campy, but if you don't plan to be in it long then it works. Location was great, and you get a discount at the Perkins right next door. Bed and Towels were not the softest, but were usable.

bathroom flood with water from the shower, no manger on site to help, and no one to help but the frontdesk person and she dont know what to do.

The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but coffee not strong or hot enough. Funny thing about the lightbulbs. We checked in, went to our room, began to turn on the lights, and the lights between the beds had no lightbulbs. My sister went down to the desk to ask for lightbulbs. We thought that was an easy request. Lo and behold, the clerk changed our room. Same style so there is no issue just funny.

This place was staffed by ignorant people. The room itself was dirty the bed was shot bugs were coming out of the wall. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall and the toilet was barely attached to floor. I was in town for a funeral and called in a complaint once I got home and was basically told oh well not our problem.

I was worried about booking this hotel because of some bad reviews but it wasn't bad. We just needed somewhere to sleep that didn't cost too much. It is easy to get to right off the highway and it is in a safe area.
