the room was very clean, the beds super comfortable. they even had a keurig! only a couple blocks away from the PPL center where i was seeing a concert so very convenient

Hotel offered a good value. It has the basics and not fancy.

Fue agradable muy amistosos muy tica el testauran muy bien para los cartos

I don't know how it happened, but there was a woman's belongings in the first room I was given. The replacement room was smaller with a chair instead of a love seat, which would have been just fine, except I saw the larger room first so it felt as if I had been downgraded.

Great hotel / clean rooms. Indoor pool is a plus also . Only thing the rooms should have a microwave/refrigerator in the rooms. Other than that great overall experience

I was in town for a friend's wedding at the brewery a block away, which was very convenient. The room had everything I needed for the one night stay, including an iron and parking (for a fee). However, we tried getting breakfast the next morning from the restaurant off the lobby, and they were out of most things and the staff was rude. It ended up taking over an hour to get a fried egg, very disappointing.

I had great one night stayed staff was very helpful and polite

second time here, biggest complaint breakfast service was poor both times i have eaten there. The food is ok

The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel, was less than acceptable. I had bugs in my apple juice and a server the night before in the bar was drinking on the job,...alot. I let the hotel manager know and he was very polite and understanding. He refunded what I paid for the breakfast vouchers. It is to my understanding, that the hotel is run separately from the bar and restaurant.

The location of parking was inconvenient. Not much for breakfast choices in the area . The room was very clean and staff was good .?

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful!! We enjoyed the room and especially the pool!! Everything was very clean and my family loved the free cookies!!!

Hotel was great . Parking was a pain in the garage but was ok . Wish there was more stuff to do in the area . Overall though it was nice .

Someone trashed the other room across my room, they threw the dishes and the condiments on the door, beat the door and ran away. I didn't feel safe the entire night.

It was nice with a very clean room but the breakfast was a bit expensive

Staff was very nice and helpful. Specialist Denise how help me with a very important issue. Will come back again.

Good and excellent room and amability.very good hotel for any person

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Less than a block from Allentown Brew Works which served good food and good craft beer.

You had to pay to park in a parking lot I had to ask for toilet paper after my room was cleaned I had to ask for extra pillows the ac wasn't working rite

Staff friendly and helpful...room clean and well maintained
