You guys have a wonderful establishment! The service and comfortably provided to us was excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in town! =)

I was not acknowledged for about 3 minutes when standing at desk to check in. She was on the phone but didn't even look at me. They had loud DJ music in lounge. The first room I went into was already occupied. Asked an employee in hallway for help and she took care of it. I received an upgrade at no extra cost. Nice room. Bedroom with an additional living room. Clean. Quiet at night. I was directed to park on side to enter. POOR lighting. Did not feel safe. Sketchy looking people wandering around inside and out. In the morning had to walk through employees standing smoking in side doorway.

Arrived at hotel before check in time to get a main floor room since I am in a knee brace awaiting patella surgery. Since I bought from Orbitz, The management is only required to provide a basement room in annex building or a third floor above the annex in the rear. Both require the use of stairs to reach the lobby or morning breakfast, or I was told to drive or walk across the parking lot in the northeaster expected by morning. The handicap rooms on the main floor are reserved for party people who rent the pool...not for anyone with a handicap.

Great place to stay! Love the breakfast,bar/dj. Not far from the crayola factory. Next to an airport (but not noisy)

HOTEL WAS DOING RENOVATION WHEN WE WERE THERE WHICH WAS OK. JUST LACKED A LOT AND THAT COULD BE BECAUSE OF THE RENOVATIONS GOING ON. HOPE IT GETS BETTER.

Before I even arrived I recieved a voicemail from a Sonja at the hotel. She says that this is a busy weekend and if I didnt call back and place a credit card on file she would be cancelling my reservation. Strange how they would say this when the room was already paid for through the Orbitz site. I was given I assume the last room available in the entire hotel which through a series of confusing directions found my room in the basement. Beware rooms on floor 1 you are actually nearly underground. When I walked into the room there was a slight urine/mold smell about the room. Carpets were visibly dirty and there was still garbage in the can. when I went to the bathroom the toilet was filled with urine and toilet paper. When I tried flushing the toilet the toilet broke. I called the front desk and there was no one available to fix until the morning. They said that they would leave a message for the morning manager and have the maintenance person over around 9 when they got in. If that wasnt frustrating the maintenance person then tried to enter my room at 7am. Thank goodness the lock for the room worked. The one good thing was that there was a full size refrigerator in the room. I used it to keep my bag in because at this time all I could think about was BED BUGS due to the general uncleanliness of the room. When I returned later that day they had removed the refrig with all my belongings still in it. Took 30 min to find. With limited text for reviews: STAY AWAY

The only problem I really experienced would be no hot water in the rooms. We were told it would be back on but never did come back. Otherwise everything else was decent.

This hotel was recently updated. My room was a comfortable size. The only problem I had was the maid didn't show up one day. The guy at the front desk offered more towels, but no explanation. Overall, this hotel is good for a 2 or 3 day stay.

Location was only 5 miles from PPL center and clise to the airport. Price was decent. Wish tyere were two queen beds cs doubles. I have stayed in hotels with worse conditions that cost more. I would have enjoyed the stay more if the people staying next to us werent yelling st each other, and slamming doors between 3-6am. Luckily my 7 year old typically sleeps soundly and did not hear any of this.

Hotel used to be a Four Point Hotel, but now it is dirty, room are not clean, stuff are sticky, 1st floor room is like in a basement. Most importantly, the security lock on my door cannot be locked, so do not feel safe. Terrible experience

My room was on the first floor which means you have to walk across the entire hotel and down a flight of stairs to get there. My tub drained slow enough that my shower was a bath pretty soon. Bed was nice. Room stayed cold. Breakfast was nice.

Our stay at the facility was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great location to airport. Airport shuttle makes it easy to fly in and out Great Pool and nice breakfast.

My room didn't even have a remote for the tv. When I asked for one they took forever to bring it up and it didn't even work. And they never brought one that worked to me. the pillows were really small. The room was clean and the bath had jacuzzi jets and that was the only good thing about it. And the free breakfast, I was about that.

Couldn't get keys because the computer was down. Room was not cleaned had to go to the front desk to get towels

clean room, but no closet -- just a stand-alone minicabinet. Thin walls with a noisy neighbor. Reasonable breakfast buffet, but awful in-room coffee. Very convenient to airport.

Nice hotel, undergoing some remodeling. Our room was very nice, breed was super comfy! REALLY big pool, only drawback there was no hot tub. Had dinner and drinks in the lounge it too was very nice. All the hotel staff was very nice and friendly, except the bartender. She did a good job but seemed disgruntled a about hotel management and that took away from our experience a little, but we all have bad days. Parking was a big plus for us. We are over the road truckers and they had a nice amount of room for our semi!

We were first given a room with a maintenance note in the doorway. Back to the desk and given another room. Signage from one part of hotel to another was seriously lacking. Had to ask how to get toe the lobby. Very poor signage. Second room was fine, clean, a bit of noise because of closeness to the pool. Staff was friendly, helpful, efficient.

How dirty can a remote get? A sign in the bathroom says these sheets can be your for the low low price of $40.  Ewwe

good value and convenient
