Days Hotel Allentown Airport / Lehigh Valley

This hotel was recently updated. My room was a comfortable size. The only problem I had was the maid didn't show up one day. The guy at the front desk offered more towels, but no explanation. Overall, this hotel is good for a 2 or 3 day stay.

Good hotel, expectations were met. Very good price - quality ratio

Location was only 5 miles from PPL center and clise to the airport. Price was decent. Wish tyere were two queen beds cs doubles. I have stayed in hotels with worse conditions that cost more. I would have enjoyed the stay more if the people staying next to us werent yelling st each other, and slamming doors between 3-6am. Luckily my 7 year old typically sleeps soundly and did not hear any of this.

for the price, can't go wrong . very friendly staff.

Hotel used to be a Four Point Hotel, but now it is dirty, room are not clean, stuff are sticky, 1st floor room is like in a basement. Most importantly, the security lock on my door cannot be locked, so do not feel safe. Terrible experience

My room was on the first floor which means you have to walk across the entire hotel and down a flight of stairs to get there. My tub drained slow enough that my shower was a bath pretty soon. Bed was nice. Room stayed cold. Breakfast was nice.

Our stay at the facility was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great location to airport. Airport shuttle makes it easy to fly in and out Great Pool and nice breakfast.

My room didn't even have a remote for the tv. When I asked for one they took forever to bring it up and it didn't even work. And they never brought one that worked to me. the pillows were really small. The room was clean and the bath had jacuzzi jets and that was the only good thing about it. And the free breakfast, I was about that.

Couldn't get keys because the computer was down. Room was not cleaned had to go to the front desk to get towels

clean room, but no closet -- just a stand-alone minicabinet. Thin walls with a noisy neighbor. Reasonable breakfast buffet, but awful in-room coffee. Very convenient to airport.

Nice hotel, undergoing some remodeling. Our room was very nice, breed was super comfy! REALLY big pool, only drawback there was no hot tub. Had dinner and drinks in the lounge it too was very nice. All the hotel staff was very nice and friendly, except the bartender. She did a good job but seemed disgruntled a about hotel management and that took away from our experience a little, but we all have bad days. Parking was a big plus for us. We are over the road truckers and they had a nice amount of room for our semi!

We were first given a room with a maintenance note in the doorway. Back to the desk and given another room. Signage from one part of hotel to another was seriously lacking. Had to ask how to get toe the lobby. Very poor signage. Second room was fine, clean, a bit of noise because of closeness to the pool. Staff was friendly, helpful, efficient.

Fabulous appearance and comfortable location. We enjoyed the pool , exercise room !!

We stayed for two nights, after the first night stuff did not clean up the room, did not change towels even though we requested it two times, after the third request they changed sheets but no towels. Definitely not coming back.

The staff was abrupt and did not give directions to the room. We had reserved an accessible room, and that was not provided. The room was slightly moldy and stagnant. The pillows were mushy. There were two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. The room was next to the laundry and the dryer made noise half the night. The refrigerator buzzed all night. The continental breakfast was pitiful and inedible, and the floor in the dining area was sticky.

Nice hotel, room clean, nice breakfast, courteous staff.

This was an incredibly odd motel. They had extremely long corridors that made it quite spooky.

It was well priced for the value. Unfortunately we were outside the laundry and people were allowed on their phones. Hotel has improved over the last few years. Breakfast was good staff was very courteous and continued reservations will improve Hotel

It's really nice place to stay but will say don't listen to the staff if u use a taxi the taxis rips u off there . Went only 2 miles and was charged 50 dollars . The hotel was very clean , room service is great and the place is nice. The only thing I seen that needs to be done is the pool cleaner out and they need to be strict on their rules and make parents not let their kids run thru the place like it's a jungle. Kids were everywhere running wild .

Being picked up at the airport, I was greeted by a friendly, courteous shuttle driver. The desk clerk was ok. From there my experience went down hill. The TV channels came in fuzzy, and the selection was few, mainly sports and news. The bed was fairly comfortable, but they only provided one pillow per guests, when two is preferred. The view of the court yard was shameful, as it was strewn with litter. The walls were paper-thin, and the noisy guests next door could be heard word-for-word. This went on into the night. After the bar let out, at 4:15 a.m. there was a major disturbance from drunk guests returning to their room. There was yelling and a loud crash, which prompted us to try to contact the front desk. The line was repeatedly busy, with no response. I hope these flaws will be remedied, because overall, your facilities have the potential to be enjoyable.

Dear Anonymous, I am not sure why you did not have a remote for the television. All rooms are inspected daily by housekeeping, and if there is a missing remote, it is their job to replace it. The jacuzzi suite is one of our largest rooms with beautiful furniture that was updated within the last year. We are also in the process of replacing the mattresses, blankets, pillows, etc., so the next time someone uses the jacuzzi suite, they should see larger pillows. Thank you for staying with us. Do come back again so we can show you what we've done.

Dear Anonymous, We did have some challenges when our key card system totally went down. I am sorry to hear about any housekeeping issues. If you put a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping will not enter. If you take it off after 2PM, the housekeepers are cleaning their assigned rooms, and are unable to help you out. Thanks again for staying wihth us.

Dear Snowbird, I agree we are reasonable, but we are working hard on special. We are renovating our rooms with new carpet, new tile and new mattresses. We diligently inspect rooms looking for maintenance issues, and I have no doubt if you stay again, you will really like it.
