the staff was very friendly and helpful - hotel restaurant was nice

love that we could walk to the Steel Stacks and, if you can manage a bit longer walk, to downtown Bethlehem. Breakfast was better than I expected for a quick service. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, towels were fluffy.

We were looking for a place to stay in town for a concert and the Sands was just too expensive! Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Overall the room was very comfortable and clean, but the public areas looked in need of an update. The complimentary breakfast, while appreciated, was abysmal. Overall a good experience and we would stay here again.

Hotel is apparently replacing all carpeting in the halls, so guests are walking on carpet padding. Our room was noticeably smaller than a standard hotel room. I found smelly food in the room fridge. I set it out in the hall (not wanting it in our room), but when I went to call the front desk to tell them to come pick it up, I discovered that our house phone was nonfunctional. This hotel is in a university neighborhood and apparently caters more to students than seasoned travelers? Bed was comfortable, but food left in fridge makes you wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned...

Clean and within walking distance for Musikfest. Second year we have stayed for the festival. We will return again next year.

Poor attitude of front desk clerk sent tone for very mediocre stay at this run down hotel. Minus any welcoming upon our arrival, front desk was less than enthusiastic about recommending a restaurant and was downright surly about later in the evening providing additional shampoos and conditioners. Ridiculous... Hotel manager was very apologetic upon check out but I will not stay there again. One silver lining was the hotel bar manager, I believe her name was Cathy or Cindy. She was great about recommending a wonderful Mexican restaurant in town!

Went for Valentine's weekend Front desk lady i think her name was Janyda was awesome very curtious and helpful. The shuttle to the casino was awesome too. Rooms are beautiful clean comfortable you can't go wrong I would definitely stay there again.

Close to Sands Casino. Just average Hotel overall. Service was good. Allowed to check in early.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. and the room was very cozy. We did have a problem with the hot water and we told the desk lady when we were checking out and she was very accomodating and gave us a discounted rate for the next time we would come. She could not refund us because we booked through a 3rd party and we understood completely. The location is centrally located for all the things to do in bethlehem. Casino, shopping, downtown etc. It was perfect!

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect . I couldn't ask for a better stay .

We stayed here while visiting a college in the area. I've stayed here several times before, so I knew what to expect. The beds are comfortable (the sofa beds are not, however, so if you're counting on those, you might want to rethink it). The free breakfast offerings are good (eggs, sausage, English muffins, waffles, cereal, juices) and there are also restaurants within walking distance (Sal's Brick Oven Pizza, Lehigh Pizza, Perkins). The housekeeping staff is friendly and polite. I do think the walls are not well insulated, so if you are extremely sensitive to noise between the hours of 9 pm to midnight, sleep may elude you. I tried to combat the extra noise by leaving the fan on all night. We were on the 2nd floor and had some girls playing music above us that probably really wasn't terribly loud, but it sounded like it in our room. Luckily they quieted down by midnight. Ask for an upper floor, and you may not have the same problem.

Was in town for one night with 2 others. Great location near Musikfest and great breakfast in the morning.

My family enjoyed our stay here and the nice service we received.

Staff courteous and Proffesional. Rooms spacious and clean. Location perfect for my needs.

it was a very clean, well staffed hotel. we would recommend this facility to anyone.

The hotel room was very Comfortable clean and elegant. The staff was very curtious kind and helpful. I would have loved for my stay to be longer. That way I could have enjoyed more of the amenities the hotel offers.

The Hotel room was a little small fro a suite, but was fine for our needs. We were 3 adults who did not speand alot of time in the room. Hotel has a bar and grill with an outdoor patio that stayed open late. Food was good, drinks were better. Wait staff was freindly and quick. The Sands casino was another thing completely. We went on a Saturday night and expected a crowd but the crowd was not big. Either they didn't have enough staff or they are just poorly managed. there were people waiting to play at certain tables 2 and 3 deep and the Sands would not open any other tables, and their were alot of tables with no dealers and players begging to get on. If you like to play table games the Sands is not for you. I would go back tomorrow if the Sands was any good. Considering all the advertising they do for now having table games to not have them availble is just bad business. I'll spend the extra 1/2 hour and go to Atlantic City or Mount Airy.

Nice location. Nice room, problem with water overflow in room above us and in 6 minutes while they attended to the problem they relocated us at Midnight. Great understanding and Service. Just a short trip to the Sands Casino, and if you don't want to drive their shuttle will take you.

Excellent location relative to Lehigh University. VERY friendly and helpful staff
