The hotel staff were friendly although they seemed to be a bit busy, short handed, and disorganized. It took about 6 hours for me to get a crib I requested after multiple complaints and calls to the front desk. The room was old and the smell definitely confirmed how long it's been since the place was updated. The view from my room consisted of dumpsters, piles of old furniture ready for the dump, and employees smoking in the back. The walls were paper thin so there wasn't a thing you couldn't hear from other guests, outside, etc. However, I paid $86 for this room so I suppose you get what you pay for. It is conveniently located directly across from Dorney Park and there is just about anything you could possibly need nearby. To sum it up, better costumer service as well as some updates and lots of febreeze would do this place wonders and make it an excellent option considering the location. Until then, I wouldn't recommend this as a first choice - unless you are looking for a last minute place to stay and are on a budget.

check in after midnight check out first thing so a very brief stay - i used no facilities

6 bites in one night informed staff all they did was remake our bed didn't change our room or the sheets or check the bed

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast included, easy to get to

definitely would stay at this motel again Good quality and nice clean room

Staff was super nice and flexible with late arrival and super early departure for hospital procedure. Missed continental breakfast but was provided convenient early morning departure breakfast bags on the way out as well as coffee and teas. Convenient, off the exit location, plenty of parking, little amenities available that could be forgotten and comfortable beds.

Booked 2 queen bed room got 1 King and broken sleeper couch. No 2 bed rooms avail had to get rollaway bed with dirty blankets. Neither bed comfortable and will never stay there again. The best part of our stay was the free breakfast. Sad very sad from a Comfort Inn & Suites

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. No complaints there. However house keeping was very rude banging on the doors and yelling at 8.30 am and again at 10.30am when checkout time was at 12pm. The jacuzzi tub in the room does not work and looks like it hasn't worked for a long time.

The room is good. We went for a leisure trip, to see family, unfortunately, the people in the next door room, started blasting there tv at 2am. The clientel at this hotel is a little loud. Not sure if it was just for that weekend.

Great place to stay, there is a park across the road.only thing that needs to work on. Weight room

We were in town for my daughters gymnastics meet. We stay at this hotel every time we come to the area. It is clean, and comfortable! The breakfast is ok. Great stay!

my son and I made a quick trip to Allentown for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay - the room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was quick and tasty. We would be happy to stay at this facility again.

I have stayed here before while looking for a home in the area. This time it was for pleasure. Next 2 weeks it will be to finalize my home. Beds are comfortable, staff was great, room was very clean, breakfast was adequate. The restaurant attached was okay but I would suggest a better diner in the area.

When I first got there they told me I had to wait until 3pm to check in. When we finally got to are room we found a stopped up toilet which worked after a couple of flushings. The room itself was very dated, the furniture was very worn for a place of this pricing.they need to do a lot of upgrading to make this a value.(who watches a small tube type TV anymore?) I stayed in some Super 8's that were nicer-- at half the price

The room was very comfortable. Check in was fast and easy and the Hotel restaurant was wonderful. I had very good service.

The room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and. The location was very good -- it was really only one short block to Dorney park and there were restaurants in the area also.
