Mold on all surfaces floor was never mopped tub was dirty asked for room service while I was away for two nights and it never happened and I had to beg for bedding that I asked for two days prior! I had to keep going to the desk to get towels and washcloths and most of the time they said they didn’t have them! When given the bed linen it was for a king bed and only sheets no pillow cases or blanket! I had to use Instacart to order cleaning supplies to clean the mold and disinfect the tub and had to hand wash the very dirty floors! Will never stay there again!
Old hotel, no ventilation, rooms smelled really bad and smoky. Bathtub was dirty, lots of hair. Breakfast was terrible. Poor costumer service, didn't provide clean towels. Stay away from this place. For the same price, you can get better options
property is easy access to the highway. Loved the pool although it could have been a little more skimmed at debris better maintained. The rooms were clean and updated, but the rest needed updaring. The hallway carpets needed to be replaced they were rather nasty. The staff was super friendly and seemed to take pride in what they do and eventhough theres no amount of cleaning that will help the carpets the staff still made an effort. check in and out was very simple. All in all when i travel again in the summer i will def stay here again

The room itself was clean and “quiet”, the staff is super friendly, the covid compliant breakfast was good. The bad points, the rear entrance door was broken and unable to be locked, anyone can walk into the hotel, anyone. People left dogs unattended and barking in their rooms, limited staffing doesn’t allow for a proper response. The outskirts of the property is absolutely littered with trash and the dog waste container was overflowing.

Hallways were not very clean and place smelled musty. But the room was clean and the beds comfortable. No tea in the morning, only coffee.
Our room was clean, and smells clean too. It was little too much for someone with a stroller and a toddler to climb stairs to the one fly up the second floor room. The thermostat had a weak battery, wasn’t responsive to change temperatures. The extra wash sink right outside the bathroom was a plus. The TV signal was lacky somehow, so appeared to be choppy. Not a fan of wall paintings feature heavy industry factory buildings what? But, Wegmans was close by, and also a Cadillac/Chevrolet dealership, and gas station/convenient store all on the other side of a multi lane/busy motorway.

My bed had bad stains and cigarette burn marks on it none if chargers worked 2 of the 5 lamps worked my socks got soaked when i stepped on bathroom floor water under laminate coming up the heat kept making crazy noise and they put me next to people who were talking so loud outside my door i stayed their with a 2month old un real noticed bed day of departure . very unhappy
centered very well to bethlehem. hotel allowed pets, we did not bring one but for people who need to. No indoor pool but still had access to a indoor pool with the hotel next door.
Great hotel for the price. Very good breakfast and comfortable beds. Bathroom could be a little cleaner.
Room smelled like it was recently bombed for bugs. Strong citronella smell. Rooms are dated even though they were "recently refreshed". A/C loud and rattled all night long. Overall, not worth the price asking for a nights stay. Don't recommend.
