The property is clean. The room is nice. The staff (front desk man) is not really in welcome mode. We asked the status of the room, and the size of the room, he was kind of upset, and giving incorrect information - he said "All room in this hotel is same size" - we first checked in double queen. This room is smaller than I booked & expected. Then 3 hrs later, we got the king size room, which is the correct room as we booked, and the size is quiet larger than the previous room. Then, in the early morning, we asked him the breakfast room, he pointed to the direction, and not even looking at us. We've been in several hotels every year. This is the first person at front desk has that kind of attitude.

The hotel is being totally renovated and I was initially quite scared because of the shambles the “lobby” was in. I was totally blown away by the friendliness of the man who checked me in, and again when I got into my gorgeous room. The refurb in the rooms is amazing and well-done, very modern and very luxe. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The location of this hotel is also great, with shopping and dining literally just around the corner.
This was an incredible place to spend the night on my road trip to Canada. The staff that assisted me was amazing, the room was beautifully updated, and the bed was exquisite-with loads of pillows. The parking was easy to access, and the elevators were quick. The only negative I can think of is the location. Perhaps, in the summer, the location would be fine, but in the middle of winter, there was nothing to walk to. Restaurants in the area are all Middle-Eastern, and there are no pubs, clubs, or bars nearby. Fortunately, they’re only about a mile away, and the hotel is super easy to get back to.

I've stayed here a couple times now when visiting Detroit. It's close to the boardER aND near the casino. For the price it's a good value nothing, special just a clean room for sleeping. They also have a private parking lot which is nice.
Went to windsor for my best friends 19th birthday. Had a great time!
