I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before, and my family and I were pleased. Last time 01-14-23 I reserved a room through Orbitz the same way as previous times. When I checked in I informed the attendant that I had a dog with me. He said that they implemented a new 25 dls charge for dogs. I accepted the charge and moved on. My room was on the fourth floor. When I entered the building with my family and the dog I was informed that management did not want dogs in the building because it was renovated recently. Therefore, I could not stay there I got a refund. If they don't want dogs change the policy. Also, inform all the employees about it. Lack of management and communication.
Construction was going on above us during our stay the whole time (4 nights). Keep hearing drilling and machinery work from 9am to 7pm. Very disturbing.
Easy to get to location. Quiet even though it’s next to a freeway. Ample parking. Room was good size.
Requested wall in shower, but gave us a rub shower. Asked for room change, but none were available. Staff not fully knowledgeable of room amenities.
Great location. Very disappointing that laundry facilities was broken & staff didn’t offer to help in any way. The pool and hot tub were also not open, even though the weather was nice for it.
We had a problem with bed bugs. It was not resolved after the first night. It was resolved after the 2nd night.

Was located in nice part of town. Hotel was clean and staff attentive. Only issue is one elevator which is being shared with cleaning staff so long wait.

I was on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn’t working i have knee issues I would have rather paid extra than climbed all those stars if they let me know if was an urgent fix for them they also had mold in the Holloway
