We love LaQuinta because they are pet friendly for no extra charge. This particular LaQuinta did not disappoint. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was great - we would definitely stay again!

The white caulking was peeling away from the bathtub and the diverter valve would not divert water up to the shower head. Also, the room had a weird funk smell that I can only describe as dog, but not bad for staying just one night.

The hotel was pretty nice for a one night stay. They obviously allow pets because when I checked in, there was, what sounded like a huge dog, barking every 30 seconds. After about an hour though the barking stopped and everything else was great. There are a lot of food places and shopping places not to far from the hotel so you don't have to get lost trying to find something to eat. All in all it was a pretty okay night.

Our stay was brief, My mom suffered an emergency. The front desk was very helpful and called for help for us.

The experience was good, wifi was not so good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sheets were stained, ceiling had a stain, coffee was not refilled when the room was serviced.

We had a great stay- it was very quiet and clean. I love that pets are welcome.

I booked this hotel room for my best friend and her family, and they had their bulldog with them. I then had to research a "pet-friendly hotel" and chose this one since it had a pretty high rating. I got to see the room, and it was actually much smaller than they show on their pics & website. Even the "king-sized bed" didn't even look like a king to me, but the room was clean at least. Also want to notate how it smelled like old or "cheap motel" when you walk in the building which was a bummer (but hey, they do allow pets so maybe that's why?) It is in a good location, but there were some construction in the area that made it confusing sometimes. Overall, it was just an OK experience.

The staff and room was excellent. Located near shopping and food.

The staff here is great. They will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The location is good, easy on and off of Central Expressway (75). The facility is spotlessly clean, breakfast is better than the usual La Quinta fare. They have a well-equipped gym and a small pool to cool off in. The only complaint I have is with the el cheapo supremo air conditioners that La Quinta corporate has installed in all their facilities. In Dallas in the summer, the rooms on the 4th floor can't cool more than about 20 degrees below ambient. On a 106 degree day, our room was at 85 and climbing. The staff moved us to another floor and the A/C was adequate there. My advice is to avoid the fourth floor until the outside temp is below 85.

The hotel was comfortable. But my e-mail said I could check in at 1:00 pm. I get there, and they wouldn't let me check in until 3:00 pm, that was inconvenient and super annoying.

this hotel is very good, it is close to the Allen premium outlet, only takes 5 minutes by driving. Room is clean, service is good, good overall

We checked in early and the young lady at the front desk said that was not a problem and immediately got us a very nice room. I did not eat breakfast but my husband did and said it was good. Great location. Only 6 miles from my son's house. We'll see you again next time we visit.

The faucet in the tub needed repair especially for the lever for changing to shower. No drinking water provided in the room. Should have more creamers for coffee. Vending machine had only drinks. What about snacks. Should be provided even for pay.

The staff was really nice. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. I've stayed at many La Quinta's and this was by far the best and nicest. Close to many attractions and shopping.

Big clean room with chair and two desks, good lighting, microwave and frig. Breakfast was OK with hot and cold selections, good fitness center, pool and hot tub. Downers, one slow elevator, minmal amenities, and parking lot lighting went out at 6AM while it was still pitch dark.

My wife traveled to the Dallas area to be with my son for a medical operation. The hotel was rude and my reservation was made wrong - I selected a 2 queen beds room by the reservation showed up as a 1 King - and the hotel refused to honor our reservation and offered a higher price for a 2 queen bed room and no customer service at all. She cancelled the reservation and searched for a "good" hotel. I am truly disappointed in customer service from the hotel[...]
