We had a very nice visit. The room was great! The food was great and the casino was fun. Would love to come back!

Passing thru from Chicago needed to break up the long drive back to ct

Arrived and had no issues checking in - quick, easy and helpful, friendly staff. We had dinner at the hotel Casino buffet and that was also excellent. The pool area was neat and clean, water was on the chilly side but could live with that. The only issue I had was not winning at the Casino.....but that's to be expected.

Four of us went up for a friend's birthday. I've stayed there plenty of times in the past..never had a problem.. Booked our room online. Site info said check in time was 4p.m. we thought that was pretty late so we left our town late. Checked in o.k. Didn't appreciate the resort fee of $20 but didn't complain. The birthday boy had to get a duplicate players club card..on the day of his birthday...girl was kind of rude..no happy birthday mentioned..and didn't get any birthday money like they usually do comped on his card. Had a nice time..didn't win but that happens..lol Check out is at 11a.m. Check out counter is busy with 3 women CHECKING IN. They got their room keys and left. I asked what time check in was and girl says 1 p.m. I asked why those women got to check in at 11 and she says..oh..you can..we just prefer after 1 p.m. I said I'm not happy that I lost 5 hours of room time...we would have left to come in the morning...no apology or nothing..she just asks how I am paying the resort fee. If they are losing business..I think it's by the way they are treating people.

We stay at the hotel and ski at Holiday Valley. It's a great place to come back to and have some fun at the casino.

The hotel was great and the room was extremely nice. It's close to the ski resort, so we were able to use that to our advantage. The only complaint is that there is smoking allowed in the casino, and even though you have a non-smoking room you can still smell the smoke everywhere. Not much can be done, I know, since smoking is still allowed. Other than that...it was a phenomenal experience.

Very nice hotel but also very expensive. Good experience. Good gambling.

My husband and I stayed here for a mini getaway, and we enjoyed it immensely!! The hotel room was beautiful and very spacious!!! Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was beautiful and the room had all the amenities - in room safe, hair dryer, ironing board/iron, huge shower, comfortable bed and pillows, etc. The pool and Jacuzzis were great. We had dinner at Patrias for the first time and our dinners were delicious. We also had good meals at the Café. The casino had any slot machine you would want and the pay out was pretty good. We would not hesitate to return.

The room was great, the pool waqs great and the staff was great! So was the food!

yhe room was spotless and classy the dining was fabulous

Overall great experience was good, no complaints!!

Really enjoyed the casino, our room and the beautiful autumn views. We had hoped there would have been a breakfast buffet. There wasn't, so we ate at the cafe which we thought was pricey for breakfast. All in all we had a wonderful time!

We arrived early and they allowed us to check into our room early. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and pleasant too. We would recommend this casino and hotel.

This was one of the very best Casino's I have ever stayed at. Casino floor is very large only one draw back is they have only one bar at one end of the floor. Another bar one second level without machines. The hotel room are very nice, really nice, like 5 star nice.

Staff was helpful. Facility is clean and neat.it is one of the best hotel in area. Location is the nook of Allegany State Park.

it is beautiful and very comfortable, will probably go again

First, I was yelled at by the staff for unloading my car in the unloading area/drop off area. Then I had trouble finding parking in the parking garage which was far away from my room. The only spots open were reserved for the Seneca Nation Council Tribe. How big is this council as there was approx 50 spots reserved for them? Then I was told my room was 103.50. I get home and look at my receipt and there was an additional $15 charge labeled resort. I called and questioned and they said this covers the complementary items such as wifi and pool. They are not complementary is I am being charged for them. I also questioned why they were not transparent about this charge. I will never stay again.

The hotel was great expect it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room. Also they added a $15 bed charge to the price of the room at check out which was very unexpected..

Excellent Hotel. Everything was great. All Emplovees were friendly an the food at the buffet was excellent.
