The parking lot was being redone (which I know you have to do) but it was inconvenient to go around the paving project.
The room was supposed to be non-smoking, it reeked of smoke. We had to go buy cans of febreeze to cover the smell. Like other places they are understaffed and room cleaning suffers. But, they are only hotel in town so, you either stay there or go North or South 30 minutes for more options.
Basic hotel and condition was in line with the price. Front desk staff mishandled My reservation and gave room to someone else, and then didn’t know how to fix problem. They didn’t know what they were doing, but eventually solved problem after long wait
Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was clean. Very decent continental breakfast.
Very convenient to Ellicottville. Our room was clean and pretty comfortable, with the exception of sheets that were very coarse and really overstuffed lumpy pillows that made my neck pretty uncomfortable. The woman at the desk when we checked in was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the staff was helpful. For a one night stay it was OK, but I would like a more comfortable room for over one night.
very clean and quiet. Easy check in and check out. Coffee all day was amazing. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Staff was okay...But that's about it. They did not change our sheets in the 2 days/3 nights we were there and we had to go get our own towels on the second day. They didn't even come into the room that day to even empty the trash! The room was so in need of repairs. The shower curtain did not even cover the whole bath tub...The water ran all over the floor. They messed up with installing the shower head and controls...So there were multi holes in the shower. Wall paper was pealing off the walls. The towel rack was bent all up...The toilet ran the whole time.....The bathroom was a mess!
Clean, comfortable, good service, good breakfast. Excellent value for the price.
This hotel was very accommodating when we were not able to get to another hotel due to bad weather. The location was good with Mcdonalds next door so did not have to drive unnecessarily.
The room was clean and comfertible. It was a very nice stay.

Have stayed several times at this hotel. pleasant every time. It is a budget hotel and is one of the best I have used. They were working on updates while I was there and I was impressed they did not interfere with operations or comfort. Great location to Buffalo and Ellicottville.
