The property is great for the most part. The room was fine except it would get incredibly hot during the day even with the AC on. It felt like a sauna and the fan was very loud.

It was truly walking distance from the Disney parks. It was super easy to walk back and forth, and I didn't need to use a Lyft.

Employees were involved in a union strike during our stay, this reflects poorly on the establishment as it’s obvious they only care about their bottom dollar rather than those who help keep them in business (housekeepers & cooks), and of course the guests. As if that chaos were not enough, the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason at 4 am during our stay, waking everyone up. Very disappointing stay.
Great property but it does take about 25 minutes to walk to Disneyland
The staff is great, rooms desperately need renovation.
We arrived in our room and the floors looked like chipped paint all over , there was a used water bottle on the floor. There were all kinds of noises sounding like possibly pipes leaking or something in the walls the entire time , you couldn’t sleep properly. No one came to check if we needed new towels or did any house keeping . Convenient walk to Disney but we will never stay again.
