Arrived to have to wait 2 hours for the room . Nice location on the beach and the location is what you pay for.The hotel is more like a 3 star. Rooms are quite spacious Pools small with limited sunbeds. The staff were rude The fridge fell out of the cupboard and the balcony door wouldn't lock . Won't be returning.

Very good hotel, Managemant very understanding as we were late arrivig due to cancled flights would definetly recomend and the location does not get better, also its a adults only hotel that suites our type of stay when abroad, only negative pool side drinks a touch exspenisve, but its not that busy so I quess they have to make a wage, everything else first class for a Spanish 4 star.

Just spent 3 nights with a group of 8 people at this wonderful hotel. Fantastic location, great rooms and restaurant. Not that I'm looking for something bad but I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. Looks like it had been recently refurbished, the bar area was immaculate and the drinks spot on. We were half board and chose to to have breakfast and lunch which were buffet style and very good. The pool area was clean and never a problem to find a sun bed. Although the beach is literally metres away with plenty of beds at €4.50 if you prefer the beach and sea. Polite staff in the reception, bar and restaurant help made it a great stay.

Another great stay at the hotel Great location for both the old town and the strip Right on the beach Pool area and public toilets very clean Staff very helpful Rooms very clean you pay extra for sea view rooms

Stayed for 4 nights, and found the whole experience fantastic. Lovely hotel on seafront. We had upgraded to a sea view and it was worth it. On the first floor no noise at night. Room was large and immaculate. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom had excellent power shower. When we stayed we never had to bag a sun bed, we found one any time of day, but they are very close together. As previous reviews said no tea or coffee facilities but so close to loads of cafes it wasn’t a problem. Stayed b&b, good selection but some of the hot food was lukewarm. Overall would definitely return.

staff at hotel are excellent. hotel is immaculately clean, food is excellent, location is right on the beach pool area is nice and relaxing, what more do you need from an hotel .we will be booking again next time in Benidorm, this was our 2nd stay here we thought the 1st stay was a one off but it wasn't,

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely hotel, and couldn't really fault it for our needs, it's in an ideal location right on the beach front, and within easy walking distance from either the old town or the new, The hotel was spotless in all areas. We were on a half board deal and food was fairly standard buffet style with plenty to choose from. Slight problem with the lift as it kept breaking down. We were stuck in it for around half an hour after coming back from an evening out. But the staff kept us informed as to what was going on. Will definitely return .

Lovely hotel in a prime position on the sea front right in the middle close to the old town. Hotel was spotless in all areas, our room was a nice size and cleaned every day very modern, there was a nice selection of food breakfast and evening meals, staff were helpful, would definitely visit again.

We stayed here with my 92 year old dad. It's in an excellent location. Right on the beach. We hired a mobility scooter for dad, which could be parked and charged in the car park. The rooms were immaculately clean, a great shower and comfortable beds. The buffet food was good. Staff were friendly and professional. Popular with Spanish guests, which is a good sign. Evening entertainment was good enough. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Benidorm- both old and new. We loved the old town, and plan to return.

Once again another fabulous stay. The Hotel is superb, staff are wonderful, the food is always very good, however this time, it was even better and location is unbeatable. The bedrooms, public areas and pool spaces are spotless. In years gone by, we have stayed at The Cimbel, Villa Venecia, Victoria, Flash and The Don Pancho, whilst they are all good, none of these are as good as the Sol Costa Blanca ! A special thank you to Pat Bothias the Customer Experience girl. We all look forward to our return in May 2018. Kind regards, Jeff Stewart & Family
