This hotel is depressing, dark, very dated and in need of a serious refurbishment. Puts years on you. Nearly all Spanish rude elderly guests. Appalling rooms, noisy springy beds. Dining room is miserable.Thankfully only for booked breakfast. Talk about a room with a view. NEVER AGAIN.
I always try to start with a positive, but i am really struggling in this case. I had booked four rooms for five friends, and we were all very disappointed. The hotel is fairly clean overall, but my bathroom toilet was not cleaned for two days, after which i cleaned it myself. The rooms are the most dated, dark, dreary and depressing I have ever stayed in. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The shower is difficult to get in and out. There is no tea making facilities, or anywhere to keep drinks cool. My balcony had two chairs but no table. It overlooked the roof above the kitchens and a concrete wall, and let in very little natural light. The constant noise of industrial machinery and air con units, day and night, made it impossible to sit out on the balcony, or let in air at night. The rooms and corridors were smelly. The reception staff spoke very little English. This was most frustrating at times. The bar was never open when we needed a drink. The rooftop terrace did not have any drinks facilities. The sunbeds were old and uncomfortable. There was only three parasols left out daily, and one plastic table and chairs. The CANTEEN restaurant was small. The food was only luke warm and repetitive. The staff are extremely noisy when clearing plates, and have no consideration for the guests. There is no outside space to relax other than the roof terrace, which is seven floors up. The hotel is mainly for Spanish guests, who can be very noisy and rude. It is located on a very busy traffic filled street. I avoided being in the hotel as much as possible. I can honestly say i would not stay here again if it were free. The hotel needs a complete refurb.
Location was brilliant, hotel & room was clean. Air con was free thank god, view from balcony was rubbish. The food was horrible and you couldn't even have a drink of juice with your meal. I eat there twice in one week and I went full board... never bothered with breakfast. There was lots of noise at night and early in the morning and the walls were like paper. Very happy I didn't go all inclusive. The pool area was nice, clean and pretty. Don't particularly regret staying here besides the food and noise... Definitely wouldn't go full board save the money and eat out it's cheap as chips in Benidorm and the area really made up for this hotel. The reception staff could barely understand English. Wouldn't say this is a child friendly hotel, pay a bit more and staff somewhere with more to do for kids!
Just stayed a week at this hotel.. Spotles and clean... Food was great.. Pool on roof was a bonus though small.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Big shout out to receptionist Maria. She was great. Very helpful and always smiling. This is situated up a small back from a 2 minute walk to beach in between old town and Levante being only a half hour walk away.. Will Deffinatly stay in this hotel again.
Hotel Port Fleming is in Benidorm Old Town about a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is located on a side road amongst private residential apartments and shops. All areas of the hotel are very clean but unfortunately also very dated. The rooms and corridors could do with renovation however the reception, bar area and restaurant aren’t too bad. There is a small pool on the roof of the hotel surrounded by sun loungers. The hotel has two tiny lifts which are heavily used so be prepared to use the stairs! The food offered in the hotel restaurant is above average for the star rating and cost of the hotel.
We stayed at this hotel recently, very clean food ok always something you like, staff very friendly 5mins from the beach. There is a supermarket near by. Also has a rooftop pool.the staff were very helpfull If you had any problems
Look no further than Port Fleming excellent hotel rooms cleaned every day Breakfast was good hot and cold options Roof terrace was a hidden gem sometimes just us Brits up there lovely view of Benidorm take lift to 6th floor and walk up 2 sets of stairs once outside only a metal set of steps onto the roof pool beds and brollies we even had waiter service for drinks from the bar Worth using Beni supermarket at the bottom of the street the guy even supplies plastic glasses !! Beach is a 2 minute walk out the hotel turn left and there it is We were dropped of at corona del mar (dont rely on driver for directions ) Cross the main road (keep the beach to your right) turn left and walk to telepizza take a right turn walk 50 yards up the street Beni supermarket is on the right Cross zebra crossing and turn left at Segafredo sign hotel is on the right 25 yards up the road Staff are friendly older generation hangout but so what no noise at night kept our cases in the office after 12 pm checkout until we left at 6 pm We will stay here again the place deserves more than 2 stars more like 3
A lovely Spanish hotel in the old town. My wife and I went full board for 1 night and really enjoyed the food and everything about this hotel Our room was simple but lovely, nice bath and shower. We will definitely return.

It was with some trepidation that we went to this hotel, after reading some reviews on here. The hotel does need some updates on some points but they did not bother us. Rooms and towels etc changed daily. Food was nice, there could have been more for English visitors, but we always found something to eat, staff in dining room always willing to help you, thank you Maria and Pedro. There were some English staying witch we hope we will meet again, great people. The pool was lovely and only one day we could not get a sun bed, but sat at a table. The Chinese Pato Laqueado at sea front was a beautiful meal, highly recommended, the location of the hotel was good, easy to find old town, main Street, and sea front. only gripe was the drop off when we arrived, it was after ten but the driver on shuttle said to go to the left and round the back, it should have been right and just up the hill. If it was not for James from Jarrow lad we would have never found it, arrived 1-15 after walking round for what seemed hours, but guy on desk did put some food on for us, thank you to him. Could have had someone on the desk who understood us better, and some entertainment for English. Beautiful place so much to see and enjoy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone but would use Taxi from airport if we went again.
