My first appearanve of the Hotel and its services was really confusing. The tax transport they offered was not on their responsibility (the taxi went back to hotell, cos our flight was late). Also accessibility to every place was a bit hard (I am sitting on a wheelchair). But in the end everything went okay, and all our problems were solved and we could enjoy our holiday. Few things to make better and your rate will rise 😊

The only positive thing I can say about this resort is that the towels were nice, they were large and fluffy. This resort is on the outskirts of Denia and the apartments are depressing. The sun loungers were hard and we had to buy li-lows to use them.

When we arrived one of the desk staff was very determined to try and push the restaurant “deals” onto us even though we hadn’t asked for it. Then despite us specifying 2 separate double rooms for me, my partner and our two friends who were a couple we were given one double room and two “sofa beds” which weren’t sofa beds just sofas one of which was broken and the beds were hard. When we asked why we had been given this room the staff member said that the hotel only did one room apartments but that we could upgrade to a 6 person apartment if we bought the restaurant deals that went with them. This amounted to £500 extra, so we refused. The outside pool was dirty and the gym/ inside pool/ sauna area stank and was dirty. The jacuzzi was cold. The apartment was old and dated with furnishings falling apart. The kids club was near the apartment and kids were screaming. The apartment was only cleaned once in the whole week we stayed and the WiFi wasn’t free and extortionate. If you want a hassle free stay or indeed enough bed space for the amount of people you are with don’t bother coming here. It really is a waste of time and money.

This was supposedly a timeshare exchange, but we found it was nothing like our normal timeshare. Only one electric hob working, toilet seat broken, very outdated furnishings. The staff tried to fix problems, but we're unable to.

we are not fussy people - we stayed here as part of the RCI weeks so we have paid for a certain level. this was awful. no water or food left for us after checking in at 1 am. pools were filthy, food was awful, the dining room staff were rude and sullen, men's toilets has faeces smeared all over the wall - smell was awful. the rooms was not cleaned once in a week we were there. we were put near the childrens play area and we had kids and their parents screaming 12 hours per day - dont stay here

Resort is clean - underground gym well equipped but airless - stale water and chlorine smells from underground swimming pool noticeable on ground floor reception area. Tired units are cleaned regularly. No free internet access - two booths available or you pay a daily rate. Plenty parking. Great location for town and beach and visiting other resorts along the coast. Beautiful outdoor pools and surrounding grassed area. Pleasant outside bar area. Ate out so can't rate restaurant or food. Would I return again ... yes, if nothing more 'up market' was available nearby.

.I was put in a room 1 mile from front desk. Food was terrible. Never stay in a be live hotel. food was horrible. was on the beach. Lots of people ask for money. Just a horrible experience. Do not stay at a belive hotel at all.

could be better. very dirty pool . nice place to park the car and walking distance to the center of the city and waterfront..tehroom was only cleaned once and towels not changed every day. olso small bugs in th bathroom.

Sorry we called the hope that we cannot at all cannot pay our money . We were hoping we are tried to asked some. We had to sent our patient paper with Beryl Moore has had a Stroke. We were told please we cannot call we are still poorly. Please was hopeful we would get the price. Helpful please see. Thank you x

We enjoined our stay here just because we are positive people. The hotel is very old and a lot of maintenance must be done. The jaccuzi was cold and it's difficult to get in or out. There is no dish washer . The tv's are to small and no English at all. The stuff is friendly and the location is perfect. But it's not enough. Renovation is a must.
