Just had a long weekend away with friends. Hotel room was for three people. The beds were very firm but ok. The camp bed was very thin so rolling over wasn't an option and I'm not a large person. Could feel 99% of the springs too. Room was clean, good shower. Towels weren't of the best quality but ok. Each person gets a card which doubles up as a room key and pass for all inclusive. There was a two drink per person per order at the bar rule, which is standard a lot of places. The food wasn't good. Breakfast was streaky not bacon, a processed meat of some description. The black.pud looked wrong and nobody had the guts to try it. The mushrooms were nice. Beans were often cold. Eggs were a lottery if you got a solid yolk or not. The sausage was disgusting and I hope the hotel act on this comment. If you have fillings....stay away due to the lumps of gritty stuff in them. Maybe stop the caviar and spend a little more on the sausages. The pastries were good and tea and coffee and juices good. The lunches were just okay but often cold. The evening meal we missed the first night due to not starting until 19:30. The next night there wasn't anything really nice apart from the turkey done on the hotplate if you picked one up that had just been done. We ate out the next evening. The position of the hotel is very good. I hope this has helped you, if so press the helpful button!
On arrival at this so called 4 star hotel, my first impression was that the reception staff were rude and inattentive. They didn't welcome us really apart from saying hello. We were kept waiting at least 5 minutes whilst they were "messing about with the computer" at no point did they look up at us and tell us what was happening. I was expecting a " sorry to keep you waiting" statement at least. We were eventually given our room key . The guy told us where the lifts were . I had to ask where the restaurant and bar was. The lifts in this hotel were very confusing for most people. They were computerised , I sussed them out after a few minutes, however I witnessed people's confusion on a daily basis. In my opinion, the operating system of the lifts should be explained on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean but tired. The food in this hotel is not 4 star. There is not even anyone to show you to a table. Someone is at the door to check your room number and that's it, you are left to find your own table. I have been to benidorm many times over the years and have experienced 3 , 4 and 5 star hotels. This hotel would struggle to match most 3 star hotels in the exact same location. Entertainment is dire. We stayed half board, and boy, am I glad that we didn't book our usual all inclusive option. We will return to our beloved benidorm, but will be giving this hotel a very wide berth in the future.
Stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Positives: + Within walking distance to the beach and good places to go. + The indoor poor, gym and spa area - people who weren't staying at the hotel were coming here and paying to use this facility as their own hotels didn't have it. The gym was great with plenty of equipment and space. The indoor pool was also great, although you do have to buy a swimming cap. We bought some from the reception for 3 euros each which was good! The pool was clean and it had a big jacuzzi area, which was fun to use. There was also a sauna and steam room, both were clean and working. + There was a good selection of food to choose from at each meal time. Yes some were better quality than others but at least there was the option to choose the better options! +The bar staff were friendly and helpful. +The entertainment was ok. + Hair dryer in the bathroom and a TV with a few English channels ( BBC, ITV, Realitytv and a few film channels). +The room was tended to regularly (beds made and room cleaned). However, I'm not sure how deep the clean went. Negatives: - I was disappointed with our room. For a 4 star hotel I was very underwealmed because the wallpaper was peeling slightly, there were some stains on the walls, the bathroom needed some TLC and, where the floors are stone, you can't tell if they have been cleaned properly in a while. -I saw the toilets on the public areas cleaned once and on my last few days at the hotel,I noticed this burnt/dirty looking piece of toilet paper in the corner of one of the toilet cubicles and it was still there two days later which then made me question just how regularly the communal toilets get cleaned and was put off! -After the entertainment, instead of modernish music being played, it was traditional old style spanish music (maybe because the majority of the guests at the hotel seemed to be over 50 and they seemed to liked this type of music?) and so the older generation danced in these routines for the rest of the night. It would have been nice to have more modern or even just recognisable english music played so that we could have had a good drink and dance afterwards.I would have got up at learnt the spanish dance but my partner was not in to it at all. On one night, the staff took requests and played english music and we did have a little dance (two songs worth and then we went to bed) but it was VERY awkward because all the spanish guests sat down and watched us dance and then when the spanish music came on they would stand up and dance again and then when english music came on they would sit down again... very odd... although we were doing the same thing! We did laugh about it but yeah...odd. -As an all inclusive guest, or even a guest at a hotel, I think wifi should be included. It cost 15 euros for a week, which isn't much but still I think it should be included in your stay. If we came back, I don't think booking here would be my first choice- although if the price was right then maybe. We paid under £300 for our 5 night, all inclusive stay and we did have a lovely stay. However, I would have been unhappy if I had paid over £400 for it based on our stay so I think it makes the hotel just ok. There are some good bars and cafes to go to along the beach - we liked the Tiki place and the cafe with red chairs (not a very good description - sorry!) but it sold good coffee at a really good price. In the 'strip' area, lots of places were closed or closed early or were empty and I think that is to do with the time of year but we visited the Western Saloon, the place that looked like a ship and a rock place which had entertainment on every night and it was great.
The hotel is in a great location for shops bars and the beach. I was there with 14 friend celebrating a birthday. Many of the rooms on the 15th floor were spacious. our room was on the first floor and although it was spotless it was very small and compact. All the staff were excellent very hard working and friendly. The entertainment was ok but because there were so many of us and the bar area was so busy we had to sit outside the bar area . Many of us did not find the food very good. There was an excellent choice of salad items but the hot food did not taste very nice and choice was limited. We were a little disappointed in the hotel unsure if we would visit again.
Let me start with, This is not a 4 star Hotel!! Upon arrival, The 2 guys on reception were so unhelpful. ME. I have a reservation. STAFF. Do you have your passport? STAFF. This is your room key and this is your ID for the all inclusive. STAFF. Take the last lift down the hall. ME. I have a car in the Car Park. STAFF. No reply. ME. Can I hire the room safe? STAFF. 10€ for 3 days and 10€ deposit. STAFF. Here's your key. Then nothing, not even an 'enjoy your stay' I went to find the last lift but at the end of the building there are 3 lifts and at first are quite complicated. You scan your card, then put your floor number in and then the screen tells you which lift to take. Great system but a little advice from reception would have been good. When I located my room, first impressions were that its a bit dated. There are 2 wide single beds with what can only be called the worst mattress' in the world. The floor would have been softer., TV and desk area. The bathroom looked a little more modern with a bath and shower over. Unfortunately this had smashed windows and a badly stained door. The complimentary toiletries were sachets of bath gel and shampoo that with wet hands you couldn't get into. On the balcony was 1 chair and a badly damaged table. The bar area was the best part of the hotel as all the staff were welcoming and seemed happy to serve you, They were up for a laugh and worked well under pressure as they were often understaffed. The restaurant is OK but the quality of the food was 2 stars standard, dreadful burgers, sausages and the meat in the stew had more fat on it than meat. They have a full sized snooker table and a couple of pool tables as well as some children's amusement machines. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the beach and the strip. Frequented by a lot of hen and Stag parties. Would not stay again.
Spotlessly clean, staff very helpful and friendly, good selection of food to choose from. Drinks served in restaurant as part of all inclusive deal. Snacks available out of the set restaurant set times.
Stayed at the Dynastic for a long weekend. Nice clean hotel but thought the bedroom and bathroom could do with an update. Bed was clean and comfy but rust on the radiator in the bathroom and tired looking. Excellent choice of food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and was always hot, thought breakfast could have been better though, bacon not good and sausages were warmish. Staff were very good and quick to clear the tables and seemed happy. We were all inclusive and the drinks on offer were good. The only hiccup we had was we ordered an early morning call on the day we were leaving but reception forgot to ring us, luckily we woke anyway. Lol. Hotel is in a good location and I would consider staying here again.
Basic hotel although clean and staff friendly and helpful, food good variety although could be warmer, rooms could be doing with tea facilities, beds above average size wise, although a bit hard, that's just me, location is great within walking distance to bars and beach, although if you having walking issues this might be too far for some folks, although the hotel does hire out mobility scooters. Can't comment on entertainment as went out straight after dinner, I would book this hotel again as good value for money and location great
Stayed in this hotel last week, stayed in a superior room which was really good size but a bit tired could do with a refurb, hotel staff were good friendly and helpful, day and night time entertainment was poor, a lot of stag and hen night party's there which was a let down considering it is suppose to be a 4star hotel, one fella sat next to us and was so drunk he fell asleep in his dinner. It was very noisy and rowdy at meal times and by the bar. Location is 10 mins from the beach and 15 mins walk to the main entertainment bars.
We stayed here for my daughters hen weekend a couple of years ago it was great.just got back today 13/02/2017 and we were gutted.pool hadn't been cleaned and ready for opening, couldn't go in the indoors pool had to wear a pool cap couldn't get one anywhere.shows were crap, blonde bar woman was ignorant.food was catered for Spanish guests, and Luke warm.the whole hotel needed a full upgrade.gutted won't go to this hotel ever again.
