The hotel is lovely. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. We stayed all inclusive and there is a good selection of food even for the fussy eaters. I would definately recomend this hotel to everyone.

Always book the superior rooms, they are of a reasonable standard. The food, drinks and it's location are good. The Dynastic is not a 4 star but could easily be if the bar and restaurant were upgraded because they are really plain and uninteresting. The staff were not customer orientated and were not effective at solving any problems that we had. It needs the manager/manageress to take charge of the hotel and it's staff and provide more direction and increase the standards. It's good for a beach holiday but the pool area to small to spend time their.

The hotel was not as if remembered from when I was younger. The rooms was nice, nice bathroom. However the food wasnt very nice always cold and burnt, the pool wasn't big enough it's very small. The bar was really nice and lovely staff. The hotel was packed with stag and hen do's, people were chucking things off the balcony spitting, the hotel staff weren't interested and just said what do you expect. Our bedroom weren't cleaned for the two weeks we was there, we complained and they said they'll sort it, all they did was make the bed.

Lovely all inclusive hotel. Hotel beautifully clean. Rooms very comfortable. We were up on the 24 th floor - great views. Food was AMAZING all inclusive. This was my first all inclusive holiday - really could not fault it. Plenty of entertainment - lots of Spanish people holidaying here. Internet services in lobby. Close to shops. Bit of a walk to beach - great for families. We will visit again

maid service every day food great bar staff great apart from one older man who i thought didn't like his job was moody and arrogant hotel in a good location with all entertainment a few minutes walk away.

We visited for 5 days with our 3 year old granddaughter we had a great time she thoroughly enjoyed the kids entertainment the staff were lovely nice and easy access to everywhere food was good room was spotless great time

Love this hotel. Came last year & loved it so much came back this year. Food is fantastic & a great variety for all tastes. Staff are friendly & very helpful. I would recommend going all inclusive. The hotel is perfectly situated & only a few minutes walk from several bars & clubs for entertainment. Keep up the good work guys. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

After reading all the reviews on Trip Advisor about this hotel we wondered if we should book, let's be honest it is a cheap hotel with 4 stars so our expectations we low already as a good 4 star hotel with all inclusive would cost double what we paid. We wanted some where near to where all the action was but far enough away that it was a short walk so it's position is fine, 5 minute walk to beach and all the good bars. On arrival at hotel we were greeted by very friendly staff and very helpful, our superior room was excellent (again you have to consider its very cheap so value for money all the way) bathroom and bed sheets were clean and all replaced daily. Food in the restaurant was basic but hot and plenty of choice for the fussy ones. All in all for what we paid it was amazing value for money and un like a lot of the bad reviews it has recieved we all thought the negative comments were un deserved. We never encountered one rude member of staff, if anything the all were very friendly and we were 4 lads on holiday to have some fun. Would I stay there again?? Yes, for the money it's great.

We travelled to the Dynastic to spend 4 nights celebrating my 40th birthday. We got a great deal via travel republic and secured a deal in a superior room. The room itself was spacious and modern, that was the good point, note there was only one good point. A friend in the party was a frequent visitor the Benidorm and had been staying at another hotel some weeks before so she went to the Dynastic to organise a birthday cake and fizz on arrival. The hotel said the only way she could organise banners/cake/fizz was to purchase a 'party package' so she did this. However no banners just the cake and fizz. She was disappointed to say the least what she had paid for was not delivered! The following day after a late arrival we made our way down to the pool, which was unimpressive and the area quite small and dirty. We realised most people were in the all inclusive package with the stacks of plastic glasses littering tables, we booked half board although we know many local eateries so we never intended on eating our evening meal in the hotel but as we've done in other hotels request we change dinner to lunch. A few of the party made their way to the dining room which was strangely empty and only half of the buffet area in service, the food was awful! Hamburgers in tepid water, hot dogs! Casserole, certainly not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. I would have been sorely disappointed had I been all inclusive. We looked in the restaurant on the evening and considering the hotel was busy the restaurant was strangely quiet, most people clearly opt to eat elsewhere which wasn't a shock looking at the quality of the food. One day we went back to the pool area thinking we could have a coffee and a glass of wine before going to get changed for our evening out. The pool area was trashed, the bar staff were trying to tidy away plastic glasses etc but there was still a group of guys drinking around the pool bar, interestingly the pool shuts at 6 so the group had just moved to chairs to carry on their drinking of the all inclusive lager. One of the group proceeded to vomit litres if drink all over the outdoor area we were sat just behind their table. Disgusting! We swiftly left and the staff looked exasperated, no wonder they aren't very cheery, I wouldn't be looking at that all day! We live to go out in the old town eat tapas and drink copious amounts of decent wine, what a different experience to the 'nightlife ' in the Dynastic, can't help feeling it's a shame some of these large hotels are stuck between trying to offer the 'all inclusive chavs' who drink till they throw up, and providing a great service in a good Spanish holiday destination. There are so many better hotels with atmosphere and great service nearby we will be staying in those ones next time

This hotel does not deserve a 4* rating. The superior room we booked was nice enough but the rest of the hotel and services offered were poor. The pool area was dirty with, broken parasols and littered with discarded plastic cups. The restaurant food was bland and disappointing so we ate elsewhere a lot and as for the entertainment it was dire!! This is not a hotel to take children due to the stag and hen party clientele. The location is good but that's the only positive comment I have. My husband has stayed in the regente hotel which is opposite the dynastic and has 3 * rating, and he says it's a much better hotel than the dynastic. Avoid the dynastic, there are better hotels in benidorm!
