stayed at this hotel end of February with a group of girls and went all inclusive. rooms were large as we had 3 staying in one room and had plenty space and beds were comfortable . buffet meals there was always something you could find to eat if you missed breakfast there was a toastie machine which you could make yourself a sandwich. We sat round the pool area most days but at that time of year had to follow the sun and move a few times due to high rise hotels surrounding us. the drinks were good for all inclusive and not watered down like some hotels and staff were great. the hotel is in walking distance for a lot of the entertainment we would all defiantly go back to this hotel.
Having decided to take a short break with some warmer weather at a decent price, we chose to go to Benidorm for 3 days. Not knowing what to expect having heard various different opinions on Benidorm, we were pleasantly surprised, both with the resort and hotel. The hotel is a modern design, with good sized rooms, clean and a decent sized bathroom. The only bad point was the shower head was not well fixed and needed tying in place. Apart from that we were well pleased with the quality and quantity of food available, as we had gone all inclusive. In the evenings there was some entertainment provided by two Animation men, who did what they could with the space and facility available, no doubt in the summer more staff would be involved with the entertainment. Overall a good hotel at a good price, close enough to the bars and clubs if that's what you like or only a short walk down to the promenade for a walk along the front. Happy to recommend to go back again.
I visited this hotel with a number of friends for a short break and found the overall experience disappointing. My room was clean and tidy and cleaning staff made sure the room and the hotel in general was spotless everyday. The food in the restaurant was edible and I always found something to eat but definitely not fine dining or what I have come to expect of 4 star. The snacks available during the day were basically burgers and chips which were luke warm, like most of the food, and needed to be heated in the microwave. I never tested the fried breakfast as it was anything but appealing .The quality of the drink was poor and served in thin plastic glasses for outside consumption (I understand the policy just the size and type of plastic used), this included coffee which was terrible, even when you paid the extra euro for a cup made by the bar staff. I hardly used the all inclusive drinks package and would question the value of the package. WIFI was provided at a charge through out the hotel, including the reception which in other hotels is normally free. Unlikely we will will return.
Visited in march for 4 nights. Room very spacious, cleaned each day. We were all inclusive. Do not listen to others complaining about food. The choice of all settings were very good . There was so much choice, from breakfast through to dinner. Drinks too were fine, local beer, amstrel. Blonde English girl was great bar tender. Worth every single penny spent. Only one thing, another guest had her suitcase opened and items stolen from the luggage room. So be careful.
Great hotel, could not fault it at all. Located just outside all the bars in the centre but within easy walking distance. Rock and roll house short walk and other nice bars up that way if you don't fancy the sqaure.
Stayed here late February into March 2017. The hotel was clean and the bedroom was large and well-tended every day by staff. It is well located with a bus stop right outside the door. Sorry to say, from now on all negatives. The reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed to spend all their time gazing into a computer monitor. Although my tour company had said departure notices would be displayed at the reception desk the day before departure, a notice on the desk said these would not be displayed and it was up to guests to make their own arrangements. The dining room staff were rushed off their feet trying to cope with all the guests. The food looked lovely but was lukewarm and the veg overcooked. The bar areas and lounges were full of stag and hen parties enjoying their raucous revelries much to the annoyance of many guests. The entertainment was hit and miss. Sometimes restricted to large screen soccer only. The seating in the lounge areas looked attractive but was very low and difficult to get out of for older visitors. I am sorry to be so negative. Usually I can find positive statements about the places I visit. I was very disappointed with this hotel and will not be returning.
Staff rude hotel fine but laugh argue or breath you get all inclusive took off you I had a run in with my sister just drink they are rude smiling assassin won't be back nothing but trouble with cards and electric nightmare unless your a nun or pure boring don't come here
Great little find. Fantastic price. Group of 10 celebrating my sons 30th birthday. Age group 25-55. Hotel was clean and very friendly hard working staff. Considering it was all inclusive never really had to wait for drinks. Food was ok always found something to eat.Rooms were good size comfy beds clean. Bathroom was nice bath with shower and plenty of hot water. All in all great place would visit again. My daughter booked as soon as she got home.10 minute walk from beach and strip. Good location as not too noisy. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Does have a fridge in room and I see a small kettle in shop for €2.95.
We arrived and we're first checked into a room on the forth floor that was in shadow. We asked to be moved and with no hassle the lady of reception moved us into a bigger, better room on the19th floor, that was on the sunny side of the building! The room was cleaned everyday, we had a double bed, a sofa bed, a shower and bath, and Alcott with chairs and a sun bed. The only thing we thought was missing from the room was a kettle for tea and coffee in the morning. The food in the canteen was over all good. Breakfast got a bit repetitive and was generally naff. But lunch and dinner there was always a different selection of soups, meats and garnishes. (The ribs and paella were our favourite 😍). The male bar staff were very inviting and funny to be served by, a couple of the female servers were lovely, but other female staff gave across a strong impression that they didn't want to be there. The inclusive drinks were good, there were a range of cocktails and within reason the bartenders would make you something not on the list. The outside area was always kept clean and tidy, but unfortunately the pool was blocked from sunlight all day. Which I think people travelling there with children would be disappointed by as the pool was far too cold to go in.
We booked this hotel with Expedia that have rated the hotel as a 4 star but I'm struggling to agree as it's more a 3 star rating. We noticed on our booking form that there was a £200 deposit that you have to pay for breakages upon arrival but they never asked us for one , and was told by another guest that it was for group bookings. Upon arrival rooms were not ready and had to put our luggage in storage and told to come back within the hour. Reception staff were very accommodating and polite upon checkin. We booked a superior room that had spacious large rooms, fridge hairdryer, bath and separate shower cubicle, we hired a safe, no air conditioning until April although temperatures were in the high 20s and was unbearable we had to leave patio doors open throughout the night to get some air . The room was cleaned daily but not efficient, just made the bed although no bedding changed throughout our stay, clean towels, no dusting no floor swept or mopped, so couldn't walk barefoot in our room. Reported to reception but still only half a job done. The bar staff were fantastic, although didn't like the fact that we had to drink out of plastic cups if you were outside, I've never done that in a 4 star hotel before! The entertainment was catered more towards the Spanish, and only stayed in the hotel once to watch it, which was enough. There was a wide variety of food choice in the restaurant and we couldn't complain but we did eat out for our evening meals so can't really comment on that meal. If you come to this hotel thinking it's a 4 star you may be disappointed, but if it wasn't for the poor housekeeping, plastic cups, poor entertainment and no air conditioning it could be a great 4* hotel 🌞🥂
