Just arrived back yesterday from this Hotel, We had a 5 day stay as we were there to view property. We booked in for bed and breakfast..The hotel was spotless the rooms were bright and airy with a fabulous pool and sea view. the staff were very helpful and friendly,The maid service was every day could not fault them at all.. Breakfast was served from 8.00 to 10.30 and there was plenty of variety to choose from. On our second to last day we payed for evening meal 12.50 euros a head again plenty of choice from pork to beef, fish Paella fresh fruit and veg and salads spoilt for choice.. If we every get the chance to come back I would gladly return to this hotel Well done your service was excellent...

No Sunbeds free at the venue it was a battle every day to get one, if you were Luck to get one and got off it someone would jump right on it. I went for a convention for which the hotel was well provided, with the ground floor meeting rooms spacious and convenient for all. Two of the hotel staff were so Rude I had to walk away from them even completing to move hotels. The Rooms and place seemed clean. the dining room was a bit on the small side but the food was ok. if I go Back to the Convention next year I will Try out a different Hotel.

Stayed here for about a week but never again. The hotel was only partly occupied due to it being outside the high season. We were thankful for that. The room was large and had a good view. The staff were friendly and helpful. That's the good part out of the way. The room walls were paper thin an we herd everything from adjacent rooms. Much more than we wanted, if you get my meaning here! The corridor was extremely echoey and anyone talking above a whisper could be clearly herd. Even on the balcony, other guests could easily be heard from across the courtyard, The stay full board but apart from choosing a continental breakfast the rest left a lot to be desired. There was even an unbranded yogurt type stuff which was disgusting. The rest of the breakfast options was no more than adequate at best. The dinner offerings were if anything, worse! Opting for the onion soup, i was surprised to find it looked quite clear. but I would try it anyway. It only took one mouthful to discover that this tasted like a raw onion which had been immersed in hot water for about three minutes, it was totally inedible. The rest of the menu items left a lot to be desired and was of dubious quality but unlike the soup, was mostly edible. We tried again on the following night where my wife who had not tried the onion soup the previous night, against my strong advice, tried the garlic soup. This had some reddish colour to it and smelled okay. This optimism lasted until her first spoon full where she, for once in my life accepted that I was right as her face was contorted by the vile taste. From then on we ate out.

This hotel is located approximately a ten minute drive out of Torrevieja centre, in a very quiet coastal location. The hotel is very dated, in its furnishings and style. It is very definitely in my opinion a 3 star hotel, no more, and maybe just about a 3 star hotel. I stayed in late season, late November 2016, and my room had two single beds in one bedroom, and two single beds in another area of the main lounge type room; a very strange shaped room indeed.. The sofa was most uncomfortable, and the tv was 95% Spanish, even though the residents during my stay were mostly other nationalities. There was free wifi, but the quality was terrible with the connection forever being lost. I was Half Board, and whilst the choice of food items was "fair", the meals were barely warm, and I do become concerned when I see a microwave placed in the middle of the hot food serving area. The general areas were clean, and tidy, but sadly it all comes across as a place seriously in need of updating. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke other languages. The hotel is near to the coast line, it is rugged, but if you walk another 200 metres or so, there is a fairly decent beach. There are some bars and restaurants in this area, but not many really. The hotel at the end of the day is located in an isolated zone, which might be ideal if that is your thing, but it wasn't mine. I don't mind quiet, but I do like to be able to avail myself of facilities without having to travel for a decent choice; that choice is just not available at this location. The price was amazingly cheap (time of year price), so I asked myself if I should be disappointed, but sadly I was. I wont be going back to this hotel or this area, unless someone kidnaps me.

I went to Torrevieja for a four day break to view properties to buy.I went half board at a very reasonable rate. This time of year, autumn, hotel quieter with an older clientele. Superior room was basic but very clean and lovely views of sea and pool area. I must point out on Tuesday and Friday at breakfast the lovely lady from the kitchen cooked eggs to order.Oher days the eggs where terrible and I saw one Spanish man ask another female chef for fresh eggs and with little understanding was shot down. Bad service. The food was good, but please please Hotel take notice!!!..........The buffet food was always luke warm (even got there early some days and was still luke warm)....Please make sure plates are hot, or at least with health and safety warm!! I rushed my food everyday so it didnt become cold. The waiting staff in restaurant where really nice and friendly.I would recommend to anyone to come back and stay but please sort the food temperature out ! Cold fried eggs stuck to a tray are never appealing.

Well Room view was ok , room was so so , but very noisy, you could hear noise from outside and as well from people talking in other room. If someone flush their toilet you could hear that noise too , eeew that very bad. FOOD IS JUST BLEND WITHOUT ANY TASTE AND WORST PART IS THAT IT IS NOT LABLED PROPERLY. MANAGEMENT IN RESTAURANT WAS VERY POOR AS WELL.

We chose this hotel as it is close to our friends apartment. The hotel is reasonably large, it is built in two blocks at right angles to each other, thus unfortunately blocking the autumn sun for much of the day, so the pool and much of the pool area is in the shade. The other guests were either elderly Spanish or, young footballers a strange mix. The bedroom was a decent size, and the bed comfortable, the bathroom OK - the shower took at least 2 minutes to get warm/hot. The views were good - see photo. The bar was quiet and cheap, the lunchtime bar food pretty awful, we ordered a ham and cheese toastie and a chicken baguette - both unpleasant. The breakfast was regrettably inadequate, I saw scrambled eggs once during the week - these were solid blocks not dissimilar to Lego (Duplo - as they were rather large). We queued for fried eggs every day, these were barely cooked. The bacon was of the continental variety - very thin, very fatty and hardly cooked (oh for a bit of bacon that crunches when you bite into it). There was a choice of continental or British sausages. Alongside this, there were usually beans and hash browns. There were mushrooms twice during the week but the highlight was the choice of a green vegetable, peas, sprouts and green beans were on offer during the week... The hotel is located a good couple of miles from the town of Torreviecca, much nearer to La Mata. We found a couple of decent local restaurants, le italiano on the seafront quickly became a favourite. Visits to Alicante and Cartagena were really enjoyable. Taxi fare from the airport was €65 - you can get a coach but unfortunately our plane landed really late so not available. The sea was fresh but warm if a little rough. Soft sand on the main beach - but lots of stones, by the hotel there is a rocky beach.

Was expecting a bit more , decor needs updating and the food wasn't great, pool not heated it wasn't expensive so mustn't grumble too much I asked for a more modern room but they wanted 50 euros per night and it was the suite the only modern room they have The place caters for older population which is fine , but I would try some where else next time if I came back to the area Staff were very nice

My first holiday in Spain and loved it, thanks to the venue. I went for a convention for which the hotel was well provided, with the ground floor meeting rooms spacious and convenient for all. The hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant and obliging, all working hard to keep us happy and the whole place clean and nice to be in. Not sure what I expected of the dining room not having been to deepest, darkest Spain before, but the chefs did us proud with a variety of food from various countries. There were designated rooms for those with disabilities and a chair at the pool to assist those who wanted to swim. The lifeguard was on duty at all times and there were plenty of outdoor games etc., with the entertainments team. The bus stop is right outside the hotel to go into town, but be aware they get very busy (think sardines) especially on Friday, market day, so if there are three or four of you it's as cheap to take a taxi. There's a very comprehensive book of local information at reception, where we were pleased to find that at the end of our week a bus goes direct from the town direct to the airport at a cost of €9 each as opposed to €60 for a taxi. All in all a very successful week which I'd be happy to repeat any time.

Just returned home after a week staying here. I had the most magical time it was wonderful. The hotel is pretty basic yes but it is ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS. The hotel staff do an amazing job here. I shared my room with a friend but we actually had four beds in our room so there was lots of room and storage space. We had bed and breakfast of which I felt there was plenty of variety. I was happy with breakfast which was served between 8am-10.30. Most nights we enjoyed venturing into town which is scenic and charming. A taxi from the hotel which arrive minutes after ordering cost 11 euros. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which will take you into town for 1.35. I was there for a convention so I can't really comment on any sightseeing/ trips etc but I enjoyed a LOT of time on the beach where there were beautiful food huts/ bathroom facilities and chair hire for the day was 6.50. The walk up to La Mata took about 25 minutes but there wasn't a great deal to see really. In terms of shopping Torrrievieja town was bustling with lots of really lovely stalls selling wonderful gifts. You can get regularly harassed by sellers of bags/ watches/ etc and I found it easier to not engage in any conversation with them at all so they can quickly move on to other punters. These sellers that are walking the streets can be really pushy so best not to stop to look unless you really want to buy. The hotel from Alicante airport is around 40 minutes in a car with the taxi costing 55 euros. I will definitely return. I am British but actually really enjoyed the lack of Brits in this town. I hope this review helps someone. Thank you for reading!
