Love this hotel and location... Cannot fault it. Spotless inside and out. Stayed in Spring, will return in Summer. Food great. Staff great. Views amazing. Ideal for couples or families.. In a word, perfect

Stayed in and around this area many times. This is by far the best hotel. Right on the beach front, decent pool with artificial lawns. Amazing cocktail area. Food outstanding and the staff just perfect. Going again in July. OK our room a tad dated BUT very large with private pool and sea view balcony. 100/100 for us.

I stayed here a few months ago at the end of August and it was a really good experience. We were dropped straight to the door by the coach - we traveled with TUI - and only had to wait around 20 minutes for the room to be serviced, even though we arrived at around 9 am. It's situated in quite a calm part of Benidorm; and the beach opposite was not nearly as overcrowded as many people would expect it to be. Furthermore, if the beach is not to your liking, there is a decently sized pool and whirlpool just outside the hotel. Our room was decently sized, clean and well serviced every day. The staff do a great job, but can be understandably slow when the hotel is full. There are computers available to use if you do not bring your own devices and WiFi is also free of charge. The food and bar were fantastic, we were able to watch live English football over a drink and then choose from a huge variety of food at the buffet. There is even a chef who will cook your food as you like it and there is always salad available. Overall, hardly any negative sides to the hotel. I hardly write reviews for attractions but I went out of my way to write this one as I can strongly recommend it.

Stayed here June and thought it was brilliant. Staff excellent, reception staff so very helpful at all times. Hotel is immaculate at all times. We are so looking forward to our next visit June next year 😀

This is our second visit to this hotel and everything was as expected. We feel chilled out when we are at this hotel and enjoy visits to La Cala the next bay along. As it was the last week of the season things were running down a bit. On 2 Occasions no handtowels until we asked for them later on in the evening, and we had to ask Ramon the restaurant manager for ice cream as he was the only one that could find it. Apart from this we had a lovely time and spoke to Del the saga rep who told us that the Delfin Tower they are going to build in the grounds has nothing to do with the hotel, and it will remain the same. The Hotel is not opening until April until the foundations of the tower have been completed. Once again we enjoyed our time at the Delfin hotel.

2nd time at this hotel and we love it ... love the food the staff the peaceful setting ... love the beach !!! We arrived on 9th October early but the receptionist who is wonderful took our cases and we were able to have to change in , we spent a few hours sunbathing before they called us to tell us our room was ready .. to our surprise we were upgraded to a front room with spectacular views !!!! So happy this really made our holiday special Thankyou Hotel Delfin xxxx❤️❤️we will be back next year !!! Food is plentiful!!!! So much choice !!!! Ramon in the restaurant is very happy and helpful as all the staff here are ! They all work very hard ! Xxxxx FANTASTIC and we are home very relaxed 😌

the best part of this hotel was two things the reception staff and the clean room. everything else was on low par. i have stayed in 4* hotels for a couple of years now, and this is not one of them i am afraid to say. the room was very clean and lots of room, i did however pay a premium for a sea view which was lovely. the food was not good i found every night i had trouble finding anything to eat, so stuck to bread and salad. this hotel is an all inclusive hotel and i never did my home work because i did not know (my fault). the food was below standard for me. the worse thing that i do have to warn you all about is that anyone and i mean anyone can walk into the dining area from the terrace there at two doors that any one off the street can gain excess. this added to my disappointment in the hotel, has i put my bag onto the back of the chair while i went for my food, to my shock and horror my bag was taken containing money my phone and other things in my leather bag, gutted and upset is all i can say, another lady next to our table also had her back taken, we must have been watched as we entered into the dining area?? why was there no staff asking who was entering from the terrace? because the shortage of staff was noted. we went to report the theft to reception and they were not much help only to give me directions to the police station in Benidorm old town. no cctv in the dining area either. if we were warned of this problem in this hotel i would never have left my bag. i have done this in most of the hotels i have stayed in because security is good. i feel that it is my duty to warn other guests not to fall foul in the same way as me. my holiday was ruined and i could not wait to get home.

Had an absolutely fantastic week at the Gran Hotel Delfin with my daughter before she headed off back to University. Hotel was stunning, location was great. opposite a lovely beach. The hotel pool was great for a relaxing dip too. The restaurant was excellent with a different theme every night. loads to choose from. looking in to booking again for next year. it may become a yearly trip.

Visited this hotel for 2 weeks commencing September 3rd 2017 with SAGA holidays. The Hotel is situated on the south end of Poniente Beach, far, far away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Downtown Benidorm. The Hotel is relatively small but beautifully presented, all the public areas inside and outside are superbly ell appointed and well kept. We paid extra for a sea view balcony room on the second floor and it was well worth it. The view was stunning and it was ideal to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by when having a morning cup of tea or an evening tipple or two before dinner. The room included 2 single beds pushed together with a sofa bed, if required. 2 bedside cabinets and a desk/ dressing table with both tea and coffee making facilities. There was plenty of drawers and hanging space for clothes and a fridge and safe (at a small extra cost, but worth it) Bathroom had a large walk-in shower and the usual facilities. The room and bathroom were serviced every day by a team of hard working ladies who did a great job. Toiletries etc always topped up as needed. We had an all-inclusive stay, which include all meals (buffet style) and a bar open for 12 hours a day free for all local drinks. The local beers and spirits were good quality and we never felt the need to ask for superior brands. The bar staff gave superb service both inside the lounges and outside in the Hotel grounds which were most comfortable with plenty of shred areas. Pool area was superb and well used. The dining room was well laid out with plenty of tables for 2 or 4 persons, the staff were again superb. Tables were cleared quickly and drinks topped up as required. The food was buffet style and as with all buffets tended to be a compromise. There was an excellent variety of hot and cold dishes and an area where a chef cooked items fresh on a griddle. The Restaurant Manager was amazing, a very hard working man who was always happy and smiling and this rubbed off on his team. great service. We wanted to book again for next year but unfortunately, as the Hotel is closing for a lengthy refurbishment, it is not available with SAGA. The only problem for the future of this beautiful hotel is that work shortly commences on Delfin Tower, a 22 storey apartment block to be built within the grounds of the Hotel. It will have an effect on visitors during an 18 month building period and possible change of view from many of the balcony rooms on the beach side of the hotel. We remain hopeful after the tower is built that SAGA will once again offer the Hotel for holidays. It was a delightful experience and sincerely hope to visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had a great time the food was really nice couldn't wish for a better spot staff was friendly ,we would definitely go again .our room was a good size .there is a bus stop just outside which goes in to Benidorm
