it was supposed to be self catering but when we got in the apartment there was no microwave toaster kettle, no tin opener or cereal bowls, there was a washing machine but I would of swapped it for a toaster, when we asked for a kettle they said its 10 euros for the week but they had no microwaves and we only had one cup when asked for a cup they gave me a glass, the supermarket was a joke no food in it only water and pop the restaurant was a joke it was more like a greasy spoon, work men used it every day from the building sites they where working on nr the apartments it said no pets but there where dogs barking at night and cleaners outside the apartment at night polishing the floor and people upstairs moving furniture about at 11pm it was miles from anywhere and this was recommended to us by jet2 when renting a self catering apartment you expect all the things I mentioned as standard not have to pay extra for ie kettle when I asked for a cup they said no cups on the site,,
The hotel had really big apartment around 50 sqm. This was really good with big kids. 2 sleepingrooms, to bathrooms and Kitchen/ living room. The facilities was pool area and a restaurant. We stayed just one night to wait for our plane. If I should have stayed longer I would have choosed a hotel closer to Alicante center. There is just nothing around the hotel in at least 2 km. The aircondition in the sleeping rooms did not work, but the one i the living room was good. Overall a ok hotel for some night at a good price.
I booked this holiday last year with 2 of my friends through JET2 we got a really good price so didn't know what to expect but on arrival the reception was tidy and clean and staff were helpful. We went to our apartment which was very big and spacious with a large kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, the pool area was also good always quiet so plenty of loungers. The shop was pretty rubbish but there was plenty of shops and places in alicante. There was a bus stop just at the bottom of the hotel which was perfect for going out for days. I would highly recommend this hotel for value for money!
We were two couples for one night. One bedroom with kingsize bed and anothe bedroom with two small beds. two bathroom, a diningroom with kitchen and all the necesary equipment for cooking. Great fridge, small TV, wifi. in the ground floor, a big terrase.
Location is not good, nothing there but business/school,to far out of the way.only good for a one night stop befoRe going to the airport, this should never be a holiday let,as the pool area was locked all the time we were there, waste of a good holiday.
This Apt complex is in the middle of NOWHERE. There is no shop nearby and you couldn't call the shop in the complex a shop. They didn't even sell bottles of diet coke. You can view the beach but unable to get to it because the dual carriageway and rail track prohibit access. We stayed there in April for 4 nights and couldn't wait to get out of it. The night before we came home there was a party in the next apt and there is absolutely no soundproofing in this building. The worst holiday experiece I ever had
We stayed in a family apartment which was spacious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant at the site was good. The downside was that you could hear toilets being flushed or chairs being moved in the neighbouring apartments. Also the location is remote, you can forget about walking to the town or the beach. We chose this apartment as we had an early flight and it worked well for us.
We often stay here when flying to and from Alicante Airport and have found it basic but good value for money with a good on site restaurant. However having booked an apartment this last time we were surprised to find there was absolutely nothing in the cupboards. No glasses, cups, or plates. We weren't too bothered about crockery as we weren't planning to cook but we did want to make a hot drink and have a water in a glass over night. Also there were no toiletries or soap in the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms and bathrooms of the 2 bedroom apartment had not been serviced. (We had only booked one bedroom) When I asked the reception why there were no glasses I was told that I hadn't asked for cooking facilities when I checked in. At the very least when staying in a hotel room there should be water glasses. Although we had booked into a one bedroom apartment and was given a two, we didn't expect to find used bed linen and bath towels as the previous occupants had left them. One expects the beds to be stripped and not left with dirty linen. To add to our disappointment the food in the restaurant was very poor. I know you get what you pay for but in future I'll give it a miss.
Not the best hotel I've stayed in people don't really speak English and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere you have to travel by transport if you want to go to the town. And if your not all inclusive you have to get a bus into the town centre witch is about 10 minutes on the bus
trying to get sleep here is a big fat no chance ! the walls are paper thin so it feels like there is a curtain between you and next door. Until 2 or 3 in the morning my neighbours have been playing music and shouting and even on week days. And the worst part is that the maids slam all the doors why they walk past your room so loud. But the staff dont care and there's no security so if your looking for a quiet weekend this isnt the place for you.
