Situated in the tranquil landscape outside the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, Villa Quilin sits on a 6,000 m² plot of land and boasts an extraordinary outdoor area with marvelous views of the countryside. Designed in a rustic yet highly modern country style, the spacious villa stretches across 330 m² of living space and consists of a light-flooded, open-plan living/dining room with wooden roof beams, an enormous, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each, and one bedroom with one bunk bed and one single bed) as well as 3 bathrooms (one en-suite and one outside with a shower). The property can therefore accommodate 9 people. The child-friendly holiday home additionally includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, as well as satellite and cable television. Furthermore, a cot and a highchair are available at no extra charge, but must be requested in advance. The outdoor area of the property is your private holiday oasis. Sunbathe on the recliners below the tropical palm trees and refresh yourself in the crisp water of the pool (open from March to October), which features a beautiful fountain. On the upper floor of the villa, you will find a covered terrace with a table for fresh breakfasts, which offers spectacular views over the surrounding fields and Sierra de Mijas. For the little guests of the villa, there is furthermore a large lawn with football goals and a swing set. The centre of Alhaurín el Grande, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes, is just 3.4 km or a 6-minute drive away. The lively centre of Málaga and its local beaches are about 29 km or a 35-minute drive from the villa. Furthermore, the famous stretch of fine, sandy beaches along the coast in Torremolinos await your visit on a warm afternoon about 31 km or a 30-minute drive away.



There is a covered parking area for several vehicles. Málaga international airport is 20 km or a 25-minute drive away.
