Great place to stay, house keepers can help guests by not being really loud between 8-10am
The staff behind the check-in counter needs to be trained to acknowledge your presence when waiting instead of going back and forth doing their own thing until they are ready to check you in. They can simply say “ hello - I will be with you in a minute or so”. Also, they need to have change on hand instead of making you come back get your change and even when you come back they don’t the exact change (supposedly). Overall, the experience was great.
The check in staff and others were welcoming and quite helpful. It is next to a mall and has plenty of options if you don’t like the hotel dining options. The only challenge is the airport shuttle. It is almost at the top of the hour. If you miss that then it is another 1 hour wait
