We stayed here for a week the bathroom and kitchen looked brand new the rest off the room was dated we didn't have a sofa to sit on it was a bed. The reception area was clean and so was the pool area. The cleaners came nearly everyday too.

I have read negative reviews and was a bit worried if im honest.. I was in a one bedroom apartment with sea view (72) very top floor and I loved it.. when the sunset happened it was spectacular. The apartment is basic but good! Has everything you need and great fridge to keep drinks super cold! The room was cleaned every few days which was good for us. The pool is limited to lounges but we did get them.. I loved it here! 100% would stay here again. Staff were very nice always. Only negative thing that I can say is the security guard was very arrogant and threatening only because we arrived back at hotel laughing and happy! we are in our late 40's not teens! Put that aside.. I would definetly return to this hotel

Glad to say we would return again. While basic, the room we booked had everything we needed - hairdryer in bathroom, cooker, fridge, stove kettle, microwave etc - which all worked well. Sofa(bed) in the living room lacked any cushions so you couldn't really sit properly on it, but we didn't mind as we spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the sea so could look past it. Bathroom was recently refurbished and shower was amazing. Beds also very very comfortable. TV is small but suits needs - able to control manually but remote is available from reception, as well as the aircon remote. Wifi was faultless and password available again from staff. Doors are a bit odd to work at first, with a key for the door, and keycard for the electricity, but figured it out after a bit of fumbling. Staff, when we arrived, seemed a bit off but it was quite late so put it down to a long day, but every other member of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There IS a £100pp deposit (which we were told about on our booking ref) but were offered cash or card payment - we paid cash - which we recieved back as we checked out so no problem there as long as you look after the place and have it ready with you. Think we arrived at a good time as there was absolutely no problem with noise (the hotel next door was worse with screaming kids every ten minutes), even with being so close to the strip and the nightlife (which you should take into account if you're looking a quiet holiday). The pool area was quiet and well maintained, though very small for size of hotel, but with the beach literally a 5 minute walk away it's no bother. Lots of shops nearby for supplies and a walks distance to anywhere you need to get to. It is based on a steep enough hill so maybe not so good for people with trouble walking. Towels/toilet paper were changed twice during our weeks stay. We had a late flight home so were able to leave suitcases in reception until our transfer as there is a member of staff there at all times. Overall great hotel for the price, the location is fantastic, and it's clean 👍.

So I booked this place for my mates stag do, there were eight of us staying. Check in was at 4pm and after paying the remaining money they then asked for a 100 euro per person deposit. So I paid the eight hundred euro deposit on my debit card. DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT ON YOUR DEBIT CARD! When I checked out they cancelled the transaction but It took 7 working days for the money to be released back into my account. We had two apartments. First I was surprised to see that thee hostel claims that the apartments could accommodate six people. The apartments consisted of two bedrooms which had two single beds in each room and a living area. In the living area there were two mattresses. Would have been pretty cramped if we had needed to have used the beds in the living area. We stayed for three nights and during that time the two apartments were not cleaned, bins were not emptied and towels were not replaced. I asked if we could have clean towels but they wanted money for clean towels. If it wasn't for the fantastic location (minute walk away from the beach and a minute walk away from the strip) and friendly staff for me it would have been lower than 3/5. I must also mention that it was only one euro for a beer, BARGAIN!

Do'nt be put off by previous negative remarks. I stayed a week mid September and found no problems. I'm a lone 74 year old and enjoyed my stay and would come again. Full marks to management especially Cidalia and Beatriz who have to cope with irrate individuals. This is not a 4 star hotel and does not advertise as such. One get's what one pays for

Sitting by the pool at the min and it is glorious..so peaceful.. apartments are spotlessly clean and 2 mins from beach .no noise at night even though I we 2 mins from strip.would definitely recommend these ..staff are friendly ..great location.only thing is they are on a hill but even with my bad knees it's ok

Came to stay here in September. The best thing about the hotel is the great location, literally 2 mins up the road from the beach and 2 mins down from the strip (clubs, bars and restaurants). We stayed a week and our towels were only changed once. The toilet roll was also only replenished once, we did run out on the last day. Pool is just very basic and standard but good enough. Expect hens and stags. Service at the bar is pretty slow. Staff weren't that friendly but got the job done, though often got a bit confused/flustered. Overall was clean. You can connect to the wifi at reception at at the pool though it's very weak. There was lack of communication before we arrived which was very frustrating. I had put in a request on booking.com for an extra bed. I emailed, and called, and when I called they said it all had to be done through booking.com. About a week before our arrival and two weeks after the request was made they finally responded and said the room is too small for an extra bed but would we like one, so was a bit confused by that. By this time my friend had already booked elsewhere anyway. When we arrived they were very confused and said they had put the bed in the room anyway. Overall a pretty average stay, fine for budget travellers.

So we booked to stay here for a week beginning 1st Sept without checking trip adviser.....upon eventually looking on here we were dreading our visit. When we booked in and paid our deposit (don't agree with this but they have obviously had problems with damage in the past) the chap tried explaining where to find out room but i didn't understand so he kindly took us right to the room. For those moaning about the deposits for air con and tv remotes, you CAN operate them manually. We were being picked up at 7am on our last day and as reception doesn't open til 8am we just checked out the night before and left the key cards on the table, the staff were very helpful. The pool is far too small for the amount of rooms. We had no problem with noise. We had room 83 which was at the back and our view was of trees which, considering my hols are made by having a sea view, was absolutely fine. Very very basic. We didn't have a kettle or toaster but we asked if we could have these the next morning and within 1/2hr they were there.

8 of stayed here for a long weekend. More than adequate for what was needed. Clean, tidy and within walking distance to beach and strip. You will need to pay a €100 deposit per head per apartment but if you don't brake anything you'll get it back.

The check out is at 11 am our flight isn't until 21.30 , the hotel doesn't make provisions for this scenario , I asked if there was anywhere I could take a shower , the reply was by the pool , well sorry anyone staying by the pool Friday as I will take their advice and use said facilities , I am sure they won't mind me getting the lynx out and the pantene as I am of so worth it :) ..... In today's society any hotel worth its salt has a " departure room " guests can use , not this one :( ... Oh well here is to an eye full , sorry ;)
