The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The Sky Bar has the best view in Palma. The location is perfect! Top tip: breakfast at the cafe outside the hotel is delicious.

Super conveniently located, clean, great price and really nice staff. The only thing that wasn’t great is that it didn’t have a pool but not really that big of a deal. The breakfast that was included was pretty good value too.

Check in went smoothly with prepaid reservation, was a little surprised by requirement of 50 euro cash deposit for safe lock. Had very nice room with port and cathedral views on 7th floor, but elevators are hot and slow. For. 3 NIGHT stay I thought toiletries were skimpy, one pack of tissues, no lotion, towels are also somewhat undersized for 4* hotel. Hotel is on very busy street with no drop off area, our relatives had to circle block when picking us up or we had to coordinate time to the minute as there is no ability to park.
