The property was ok no pool and hot tub smelled like mold. Not been cleaned in months. Bed was lumpy. Place needed badly up grades.

Needed more pool towels, couldn't find a worker anywhere. One lady that worked till 10 was very sweet thought. Pool didnt seem like it had right chlorine levels and such.

Room was not very clean especially bathroom. Beds were in terrible shape as mattresses were shot. Carpet was dirty. Water damage in bathroom. Very disappointing.

Not clean, walls are paper thin and they provided no housekeeping. To add insult to injury, the coffee at the breakfast bar was undrinkable.

Location near the lakes was good. Close to the freeway

Staff was not particularly friendly but was pretty busy so maybe she was overwhelmed. Beds were ridiculous...not just a little squeaky when you’d roll over, the whole thing would shake, sway and very loud...thought it was going to crack in half or frame was going to fall...this was both beds in the room. Property outside was run down & old... chairs, old tables, junk in many places. Garbages were overflowing. Can not recommend this Days Inn for any reason. I would probably never book a room at a Super 8 unless that were the only place available, but there was one right next to this property that looked much better than this place. Tons of options for accommodations in Alexandria...they need to up their game & fix this place up if they want people to choose them.

The staff was the only redeeming factor for this motel. The rooms were dingy and needed to be remodeled but years of bad upkeep. The door was so loose that all night whenever there was an open door anywhere else in the building , the draft slammed my door shut harder and woke us up. The guy across the hall came out too so his door was doing the same thing. The place needs remodeling desperately! The area is nice and the people are friendly. Lost of museums and history in the town. Do not stay here ! Opt for an expensive room somewhere else .

Bed was totally uncomfortable & hard. Room was clean though.

The room itself was ok. Although the street light came thru the curtains and hit the mirror so we needed to put something over the mirror so we could sleep. The bathroom was small and disgusting. The ceiling tiles were all soiled and the sheetrock on one of the walls had a large area of mold on it. We were basically there just for a quick overnight stay so did not use the pool area. Staff was friendly.

Room had a musty smell and showing considerable wear. No maid service on second day.

Great location. Close to restaurants that fit any budget.Spacious room. The room was a bit stuffy when I arrived, but I put the Dan on and the stuffiness cleared right away.

In town for my son's wedding at Carlos Creek Winery. Everything was adequate and satisfactory.

the carpet in the hallway is a little worn and the hallways are a bit dark. smoking is aLlowed in thje some of the rooms so there is a strong smoke smell in the halls. however the rooms are in good shape with no smell. the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is quite adequate. the pool and hot tub are good-relaxing. the staff is very helpful and friendly. the price is right

Peeling paint and old carpet. An uncomfortable mattress left me tired after what I had hoped would be a good night sleep.

This was a good place to stay for a weekend getaway. Good location. It was close to food and supplies for the weekend. Good value for a place to sleep and recharge before hitting the water.

Great place to stay for bikers. About 3 miles from the trail and they let us bring our bikes in. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet room.

Beds were ridiculous...not just a little squeaky when you’d roll over, the whole thing would shake, sway and very loud...thought it was going to crack in half or frame was going to fall...this was both beds in the room.
