The property offered a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast area was very dirty, spilled breakfast cereal, food remnants on the counters, the juice machine well was nearly overflowing. No juice cups or coffee cups. Eggs and sausage was put in the warmers cold and left to warm up while it was available to be served.
Staff was very helpful get accommodations for elderly handicapped and the place was very well taken care of clean and nicely laid out
Stayed at this location in past years, I understand it’s under renovation but the room was not ready for guests, no outside bathroom door handle, toilet kept running, not a pleasant experience at all.
I was amazed with their lack of help how they took care of everything!
Overall not bad. Beds could be updated as well as making sure the coffee items are stocked in the room.
The location was great as well as the size of the rooms.
The swimming pool was not open, that was one of the reasons i pay for the hotel so my family could enjoy the pool fater skiing, also i was Not given the 10% discount Orbitz has promised!
The room was very comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was VERY disappointing. The first thing I had to do was clean the toilet. It was obvious a toilet brush had NOT been used. Also, the area around the sink faucet was dirty. It actually looked like they needed a new faucet as there was leakage and the handles were dirty under the face of them. The floors were clean 'in the walk area' of the bathroom but around the perimeters it was dirty. The rest of the room appeared alright. The bathroom though, in my eyes sets the tone for the entire experience. When I brought this to management's attention at checkout they provided us a discount on our bill which I was grateful for. On another note, the breakfast was good, but we were down there about 1- 1/2 hours before they quit serving and no one was replenishing supplies/food so selection was minimum.
When I arrived with a sleeping baby in the arms, there were only 2 people in front of me but then several others ended up cutting, the staff was slow and didn't know what was going on. Housekeeping was still out in the hall at 730pm. My sister and family also stayed here and couldn't get into their room until 530pm even though check in was 3pm. When I got to my room, it wasn't very clean but with the apparent lack of staff and clean rooms it had to do. There were cords hanging down the wall from the hanging tv that caused several issues with my 1.5 year old. It was nice the bedroom could be closed from the sitting area though the pull out couch was pretty loud and squeaky. You could smell cigarette smoke walking down the hall even though all the rooms said no smoking, the hotel was noisy till about midnight and could hear other rooms fairly well which was annoying. The pool was rather cold and not tub over hot. The breakfast had a pack of staffing Monday morning and the eggs tasted odd. The waffle iron wasn't turned on nor had batter Monday morning. I get it was a busy holiday weekend, I just expected more and a cleaner environment.
Very conveniently off the highway, but the bathroom needs an overhaul (painted over flaking paint which was, of course, flaking), the fixtures were grungy and the toilet was either dirty or stained. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Good breakfast as it goes and nice staff.
Huge spacious room, perfect for small family. Comfortable but could do with.some updating. There is a small fridge but it hides behind a tight fitting door with no handle. The room is really a suite with a large bedroom, a bathroom/narrow hall, then a living room with a pull out couch.
Hotel was comfortable but was dated. Looked like the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice.
