It was ok it need prepares in the room falling a part

Outdated hotel but the staff was very nice. If you just need to crash for a few days then its fine. Otherwise, don't expect much. It was also very quite but I suppose that's because no one was really staying there. Bathrooms are very out-dated and iron was terrible. But for the money we paid that's what you should expect. But again the staff was excellent and very, very nice.

It's an old establishment, the rooms were older but clean.

Had a female accident in the bed. Spoke to housekeeping and explained what happened. She changed the sheets but didn't scrub the mattress. I tried before as much as I could, but when i.lifted the sheets and saw the blood on the mattress I knew I would not be coming here ever and I come here for.business twice a month

My daughter booked our room based on her recent stay. I am in agreement with the convenience and Safety of location. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a plus!!. Inspite of construction we found little inconvenience. Most of all THANK YOU Orbitz for making it Affordable.

It was real bad the office manager was rude and racism

Appeared that the hotel was under remodeling and smelled molding. Breakfast was terrible, hardly anything at 8 am. Will never stay at a Baymont again!

Room was covered in mold and rust, there was a wash cloth from the previous guest in the shower, bed is terrible. Large dehumidifier in room had to be dumped twice per day. Clearly room flooded and was still not dry. Breakfast was good but you have to walk outside to the next door convention center to get it. Large field in the back for dogs to run was also nice. We drove 11 hours to attend a funeral. My husband works nights so we asked for late checkout before we began or long drive back. I was told it was not a problem and that a note would be placed in the system not to disturb us until 1pm, but 2 different people knocked on the door before 10 anyway!

This hotel is border line on being an absolute DUMP! ..and is one step up from being an abandoned roach motel, except that I didn't see any roaches (thank goodness). The hotel was absolutely filthy. The linen on the beds literally looked like they had never been changed. I lifted the sheets to check the bed for bed bugs and the mattress covered literally peeled off the bed like it was a permanent part of the bed, ripping as it was lifted. They didn't even bother to have clean wash clothes and hand towels in the room and when asked, the hotel clerk said they didn't have any to provide to me. AMAZING! I went to the local Walmart to purchase my own towels, wash clothes and linen in order to make the stay comfortable for me. The good thing about the hotel is that they have an amazing woman working for them at the front desk who was originally from Indianapolis. You can tell she loves her job and people because she made the stay quite pleasant and was extremely accommodating which was a pleasant treat.

Staff was polite enough but was a bit disappointed with room. Room was muggy and a.c. did not run very well. Was not as nice as I was expecting. Breakfast was nice

Nice hotel, recently bought out, previous was conference center. Nice pool area, good rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk failed to tell me that there tv service would be out for the next three days. She told me that after I signed the written agreement to stay there. Ridiculous. There wifi didn't work as well. There were a total of four cars in the lot. It seems to me that that don't pay there bills. Terrible experience.

The hotel was a great place to stay. However, I was not feeling well and it was cold in our room and the heater did not work. But the lady at the desk gave me another room. Unfortunately that room was not made up from the last persons visit. So back to front desk and finally got a great room. But everyone made the visit a great one after that. Wonderful and huge continental breakfast and the girl cooking was so friendly. One of the best breakfasts I have ever seen. Will stay there again

The room had mold. wall paper was coming out. could not open window to vent out the stuffiness in room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable. The food was Good and the room was well kept and that pool! OMG great Place

This was a price purchase, and the very low cost made an adequate room in a facility that had some deferred maintenance needs a good value. The adjoining conference center looked abandoned, but I don't know if it is still used or not -- this is just a comment on the poor repair of the outside of the building. If your needs are limited to a bed to sleep in, and a bathroom in which to bathe the following morning, this hotel does a good job of delivering base-line quality at a reasonable price.

The property seemed almost deserted, and the surrounding area does not seem highly traveled. Still, the property was clean and reasonably maintained, and the room was comfortable. The very low price made the total package a good value.

A very well taken care of hotel for a great price!

This hotel stay was extremely pleasant and would definitely recommend this hotel. I staff was cordial and very professional. I definitely plan on making this hotel my primary hotel when I visit this area. The location of this hotel was right in the middle of my meeting area and lots of attraction around. Room was very clean and no complaints. Only wish I could have used the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
