Our tv and mini fridge did not work, we were not offered another room we had to ask to be moved to another room
We stayed there a week and could not get clean towels. No one emptied the trashcan for a week. The bowl for ice had fungus in it. The property was attractive on the grounds but the room was not clean. This hotel is not safe because an employee used a key to enter our room at 2:00 am while we were sleep.
The Operations Manager named Boris is horrible. Has poor guest service ability and the management staff is horrible
We enjoyed the beaitiful room. The check in expwriwnce was lacking. The staff was unfriendly and almost rude. The front desk staff was very inpersonable.

I am saddened to hear of what you experienced while at our hotel. I want to invite you to call me so that we can discuss this further. This is completely out of the norm and I hope that you will accept my apology. There is simply no excuse for this. I hope you will reach out to me.
