We had a jacuzzi room and it was good. Tub was clean and it worked great. Very relaxing.

Great hotel and staff. The room was very well appointed. However, the bed was very soft. That is my only complaint. Breakfast was very good. Nice assortment of breakfast items, including egg dish.staff was very friendly.

Stayed here for a family reunion in a nearby park. Room was comfortable with two double beds (very soft mattresses and extra fluffy pillows), refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were very nice and towels were provided in the pool area. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Hotel was clean.Check in was very fast and friendly. Breakfast was good, but a very small area to eat in. Room was nice , bed was very comfortable, room was small. Overall a nice place to stay.Would stay here again.

Met my expectations for value, cleanliness, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location just off the I-94. Visiting family at Alex Tech/Community College. Ate at Doolittle's across the street (phenomenal chicken). Went to a Alexandria Blizzard hockey game (lots of fun). Water pressure was poor, otherwise the room was what we expected, affordable and just OK.

Nice hotel - they changed our rooms to lowel level when asked - good breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious

This is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. Staff was friendly. On our second day at the hotel we slept in and left the room around 10:45 am. The hotel refused to service the room and said we stayed in too late. We have been in hotels around the world and have never encountered a hotel that didn't service a room after 10:45 am. In most situations the rooms aren't serviced until afternoon.

Rug in room was quite worn...but the room was very clean.

My friend and I planned a girls overnight trip, primarily to visit the Carlos Creek Winery. We had a very pleasant stay- the staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was decent. We also liked the hot tub and pool area. The only things that we noticed was that some of the mechanical things seemed out of date-- the card reader took several tries before we could get into the room (each time) and we couldn't figure out how the lights worked- turned out nothing was plugged in. The shower was also outdated- low water pressure, not very nice showerhead. But-- it was quiet, clean and friendly and I would consider staying there again. The only thing really missing was a workout room!

Wonderful place to stay, gave discount tickets for meals at nearby places, best breakfast I have had in a motel yet.
