The jewel of the house is its spacious terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain, perfect for outdoor meals, breakfasts with sea breeze or nights under the stars. In addition, it has a private garden and a 6x4 metre swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days.



Comfort and functionality inside

The villa has 4 rooms in total (the fourth bedroom is accessed through the exterior of the main house, going down some stairs) and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub located in the main house and another with a shower located in the annex where the fourth bedroom is). The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary utensils. Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, along with heat pump heating, ensure a pleasant climate in any season of the year.



Ideal location to explore the area

Located in a quiet residential area, the house is just 1 km from the sandy beach of Alcanada and 300 metres from the picturesque rocky cove of Cala Poncet. In the surroundings you will find a golf course, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a bus stop, which will allow you to move around easily without the need for a car.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
