Sea view villa in Alcanada

This charming villa is located in Alcanada, just a few minutes drive from Puerto de Alcudia. The area offers some good restaurants, a golf course, and a nice beach.



The swimming pool is surrounded by a covered terrace which is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, outdoor furniture and a dining area next to the brick barbecue.



The living/dining room is impeccably furnished with ample comfortable seating, a large television and sliding doors to the balcony, with a dining table and chairs and stunning views of the sea and the bay. The open plan kitchen is stylish and fully equipped. It has been designed for the chef to share the sea views with the rest of the guests.



The villa, with 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the pool area and garden. Another bedroom, with two single beds, has also access to the pool area and garden. The other double bedroom overlooks the terrace. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a cloakroom.



On the ground floor, there is a games room with pool table, dart board, and comfortable seating for quiet reading and hanging out.

Amazing villa! Everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and modern. The host was very kind and helpful. Our stay exceeded all expectations — would definitely come back!

Nice location

In total a nice stay, but the house is staring to really show wear and tear, ant you know when the neighbors next door is walking the stairs. The pool is lacking maintenance, and could really need a good cleaning. The sliding door to the balcony is really big and heavy, and could need some maintenance, it’s not easy to move. There was not enough toilet paper, and barely enough towels. In total a OK stay, but if the owner can add a few more minutes for maintenance this could be a perfect stay.
