I reserved a king suite. The first room they sent me to was DIRTY - never cleaned, no linen on the bed etc. The second room they sent me to was DIRTY and possibly occupied by another resident as the tv was on, the bed had been sat on and there were beers on the table - I could have been a shot dead being sent into someone’s room. Luckily no one was in the room or perhaps was in the bathroom, I don’t know. The THIRD room they sent me to was also DIRTY. There was a used towel on the counter top in the bathroom. When I went to use the shower, the faucet did not work - it spun around and no water came out - so there was no way they could have cleaned the bath tub! I had to keep that room anyway because I was informed they were overbooked and had just sent some other guests with reservations to another property. All this time I am dragging my Luggage up and down the elevators and hallways!!! So, not only did I NOT have the king suite that I paid for, it wasn’t a clean room and I had no choice but to stay. I am waiting for a call back from the general manager to discuss a full refund!! This was the WORST experience ever. I got into the hotel at 8:30pm and did not get into the last dirty room until close to 10:00pm that night. I slept in my clothes because I wasn’t sure the bed linen had been changed. It was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
The good - breakfast, location, sleeps 6 which we needed, easy parking, receptionist was very nice. The not so good - very musty room, smelled like smoke, bathroom vent doesnt work, mold on the ceiling, drapes stained, beds firm, smoke detector was removed, probably so they could smoke.
Lots of stains in the room, on the sheets/blankets and curtains. Hallways smelled bad.
Called the hotel before check-in to inquire about the pool and hot tub. Was told that they were both open and could use them. Confirmed this at check-in again was again told the same thing pool and hot tub both in working order and opened 24 hours. Thought ok cool, got changed went to the hot tub, was green and turned on, went back to the front desk to inquire about this. She acted like this was news to her. OK! The we asked her about the complimentary breakfast in the morning- we were told that it was a covid continental breakfast with hardboiled eggs, we thought ok cool, went back to the room and got ready for bed, the sofa look to have dog hair all over it and the sheets were old and stained! Got up the next morning and went downstairs for breakfast...they only had 3 items for us, a plain bagel, muffin and yogurt. No juice, coffee, fruit, or eggs. Went to the front desk to let them know that this was unexpectedand what the nigh time person told us, the day time manager call me a lier! He refused to give us a discount or refund! We asked him for the corporate number and general managers information, he refused to give is information out. We found this on the invoice. We left the property very disappointed!!! Later called the GM and the same guy who called me a lier answer and stated that he was the GM, hung up on him and called Choice hotels and my card company.
I loved it. The only suggestion I could make would e to have some Gluten free and dairy free items available for breakfast.
Everything looks nice and clean. We didn’t have time for breakfast but we were able to take some food to go before our early flight. Three things disappointed me. 1. The spare sheets for the pullout bed had some weird and large stains. So did the mattress. I exchanged the sheet at the front counter. 2. A giant cockroach climbed out from behind a mirror in the morning. 3. When I told the front desk about it, he did not believe me until I showed him the picture. Then still was not concerned. Gross.
The park and fly is a very valuable service and the pick up at the airport is very quick. Good breakfast too
Clean, comfortable stay in room 211. Overall the room was good. Bath and shower shower area were clean but a bit tired looking. Very convenient location and despite its proximity to the airport it was very quiet.
Clean, affordable, friendly and helpful staff...Super comfy!!! Will stay here again!
The toilet was dirty with a ring of mold in toilet and poop still in toilet... also shower had black mold, we asked for another room and they were booked... so we did not stay at this hotel ... would like a refund please
The hotel’s location was good. The smell in the room was not pleasant, seemed that someone may have smoked in the room even if it was a non-smoking location. The room door was missing the door stopper and because of that the wall was damaged by the handle. The breakfast options were good but missing healthy food options. Thank you.
Everyone was very friendly. The pool was great. The breakfast was outstanding.
