Good stay, standard ok breakfast, helpfull staff, one of the best hotel beds i ever slept in, and in walking distance to the historic centre of Alcala de Henares with a lot of tapas bars and restaurants

Overall impression about the hotel is very good. The personal at the desk is polite, rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast os various and delicious. The meeting rooms and terrace are wonderful. The only thing needs improvement is a contact keys for the doors - had to change it 3 or 4 times.

I was looking for an hotel closed to my customer. This hotel is very modern. All the people from receptionists to the bar tender are very nice and gentle. The room is very confortable, large and clean. You don't hear noise from outside. The bed is very comfortable and also the toilet very large, clean and modern. I spent a pleasant night here.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights as a part of the Titan group. Room was small, very badly designed, not much space to open the suitcases. There were no bedside cabinets in the room. The modern furniture was dangerous eg. the television was standing on clear glass stand , it was difficult to see the stand and I hit my hip on it several times. The food at breakfast time was poor but the food at dinner time was terrible, it has to be the worst food I had ever have on any foreign holiday. My husband and I didn't enjoy staying in this hotel at all.

Spent 3 days at this hotel at the beginning of the week whilst on a business trip to Madrid. Hotel was spacious, clean and airy. My room was on the 3rd floor at the back so no street noise, my colleagues room was at the front and she found it a little noisy. The room itself was neat and tidy as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best hotel beds I have slept in. The breakfast was adequate and the reception and bar staff were super friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was full of tourists there was no noise in the corridors at night.

The hotel generally was good but needed pressure to agree to alter the main switch for air con when outside temperature is high. Sadly, unhelpful staff and surly bar staff and waiters. The room was good, well designed and clean. Mind you, unfortunately the bed pillows were uncomfortable for a three night stay. Food in the restaurant not bad.

We stayed here for one night before flying out from Madrid. Close to the bus to the airport which was convenient. Also a quick walk to the city center which had a lot of places to eat and get a drink. Room was clean and beds were fine. Wifi was slow. It was suitable for a quick stay.

You can park easily, and you reach the heart of the city in 15 minute by walking. The rooms are very functional, but not warm. The bed is situated looking to the window, and you have a look over the green outside. It is cool.

clean hotel, special people in the reception (ask about Lola, Ana, Veronica), good breakfast (ask about Adrian and Javier and Lana). You can discover Alcala de henares by walking, and Madrid lies 20 km away! Alcala is quiet and peaceful,

2 night stay - hotel is 'adequate'. Staff are very good but infrastructure is poorly maintained.....TV signal poor in the bedroom, bath plug not functioning, weak wifi (ok for standard emails...but no good for sending or receiving larger files) etc... Was working in Alcala de Henares so location was good
