Coming back after 6 years at same hotel is good to see still well maintained rooms, cleaned and comfortable. Hotel has the advantage to be located close to the beautiful city centre of Alcala where are plenty of good restaurants and bars, not far from motorway and rail station. Staff friendly and helpful... Breakfast has rather limited choices and quite basic. I had an unpleasant experience with room service. I order a pizza and I get something that hardly could be called as it, most probably a round bred with horrible taste and cold...On top of it, unfortunately I did not check the bill when food arrived and 2 days later at checkout I have observed on my bill another dish which I did not order, did not received but I paid. When I raised the problem, there was no one from the restaurant that could clarify. Because I did not verify on time I had to take the cost and being accountable for this situation. Lesson learned: always check do not fully trust . Wi-Fi available in the rooms with decent speed. Overall good experience.

The hotel gets a very good from me for the rooms and staff, both very good. However we were a bit disappointed that the roof top pool, bar and restaurant were closed for the holidays, very weird! Breakfast was also a let down, very basic and not very tasty. The check in and reception staff were helpful and pleasant all stay and I even received a discount e mail after my stay, nice touch. Rooms were big and very modern, comfy beds, good air con and a nice shower, all I need. The hotel is about 8 mins walk from the beautiful town of Alcala, well worth a stroll. After 2 bad stays in the area we will definitely make this hotel our choice again.

Hi, i have been here an year ago and i came back and the hotel service is well done the rich breakfast is well done too. I found my room clean, good isolation, so no noise around. the only couple of things was the low wifi signal in the room and the door of the toilet was scratching in the lower part so was difficult to fully open. Prices could have been a bit lower for this kind of room.

Modern hotel, with well designed confortable rooms, with large beds, and spacious bathroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Well located near to the historic center of Alcala, with easy access to surrounding motorways.

Hotel suits business travelers who will just attend business meetings and head to room to sleep, I am not sure of the stars rating of the hotel but for me it should not exceed 2-3 stars by any means. Hotel style is similar to IBIS hotels, it is clean, neat and have only the basics of a room. No coffee or tea in room, room combines a unique piece of furniture which combines a business desk and a bed together in one piece. Breakfast is good but tooo basic with very limited varieties. Roof top pool is not actually a pool it is more to Jacuzzi but big one. Hotel staff helped us finding taxis from metro station.

Good stay, standard ok breakfast, helpfull staff, one of the best hotel beds i ever slept in, and in walking distance to the historic centre of Alcala de Henares with a lot of tapas bars and restaurants

Overall impression about the hotel is very good. The personal at the desk is polite, rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast os various and delicious. The meeting rooms and terrace are wonderful. The only thing needs improvement is a contact keys for the doors - had to change it 3 or 4 times.

I was looking for an hotel closed to my customer. This hotel is very modern. All the people from receptionists to the bar tender are very nice and gentle. The room is very confortable, large and clean. You don't hear noise from outside. The bed is very comfortable and also the toilet very large, clean and modern. I spent a pleasant night here.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights as a part of the Titan group. Room was small, very badly designed, not much space to open the suitcases. There were no bedside cabinets in the room. The modern furniture was dangerous eg. the television was standing on clear glass stand , it was difficult to see the stand and I hit my hip on it several times. The food at breakfast time was poor but the food at dinner time was terrible, it has to be the worst food I had ever have on any foreign holiday. My husband and I didn't enjoy staying in this hotel at all.

Spent 3 days at this hotel at the beginning of the week whilst on a business trip to Madrid. Hotel was spacious, clean and airy. My room was on the 3rd floor at the back so no street noise, my colleagues room was at the front and she found it a little noisy. The room itself was neat and tidy as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best hotel beds I have slept in. The breakfast was adequate and the reception and bar staff were super friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was full of tourists there was no noise in the corridors at night.
