The carpet was stained and floor left black residue on my socks

When we checked in to this hotel, we went to our room and found it to be is terrible condition. The room was not cleaned. We saw leaves on the bathroom floor, water glass spots on the desk and nightstands that were sticky like a sugary soda had sat there. The bedspread looked like it had been stuffed in a matchbox and then put on the bed. The air conditioner did not work on a very hot Albuquerque day. There were five ice machines on the premises and not one had ice in them to dispense. We decided to check out and went to another Super 8 on the east side of town and it was not any better. Looked like hookers hanging around and warning signs on the doors of the lobby warning about not having cash on the prmises. Sounded like an unsafe place to stay so we didn't stay there either. Definitely gives the Windham Hotels chain a black eye. I would think twice about staying at any Windham property.

Nice staff, comfortable bed and decent breakfast with some healthy choices.

The sink had toothpaste still in it,the wall by toilet had boogers on it and blood. The lamps hanging by the bed had no Powe to them.the lobby and stairs were filthy, the toilet paper holder was not connected to wall.bathtub had hair in it....overall the worst room I ever stayed in...

They have to close that hotel ‼‼ The front desk people bad maners. The hotel dirty , bad smell .

This hotel is not nice, the area is also seedy. Got out of the shower in the morning and realized I didn't have any bath towels. The carpet was laid over lumps of something. You walk around and think you stepped on something but whatever is is was under the carpet all over the room. Was told they had ordered towels because they were short. I do not recommend this hotel!

Room was Stinking and staff were very slow and rude. I don't recommend this place.

Staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service. The room was in terrible conditions. They never cleaned my room while I was in there.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very dirty. Our first room had a broken shower curtain, broken blow dryer, missing refrigerator and missing bed sheets. We didn't know we were missing bed sheets or refrigerator until we were transfered to another room because the toilet flooded on us. The hotel was ran down and dirty but made perfect sence for Albuqurque,NM. I cant complain to much because the place was cheap. So..... If you want a cheap place to stay, then dont expect too much

This hotel wasn't terrible, considering we paid $43 total for a one night stay. It looks like this place had a rough past, but they're trying to improve. Apparently all the Albuquerque drug users would stay here, but they've gotten really strict about letting them stay these days, and things are improving. The hotel as a whole looked a little outdated and is in rough shape, and the carpets weren't very clean. However, the room itself was OK. Nothing fancy. Bed was also just OK. There was cable TV and wifi. The showers were clean. The parking lot is very big and seemed safe, and the staff was friendly. I know it looks rough, but if you're looking for a really cheap place to stay that's decently clean, this place is fine.

Bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned in a couple weeks and room was dirty as well. A couple spots on the ceiling had blood marks. They charged me twice for the room and the breakfast in the morning is a joke. Bad place.

Place is right off the freeway, the surrounding area does seem safe. Hotel design does seem safe, but I gave stayed in much worse places.

My room was mostly clean, a missed washcloth and missing towels was the only setback.

Problems arose on day 2 in the morning. My cousin awoken me and told me that someone was hassling him about a ticket for the lackluster breakfast and that she was demanding and saying he had no right to be there and that the room was under a different last name. Infuriated as I booked the room for three adults I went straight down and asked the clerk who this employee was and If we were going to have a problem. Not only did the clerk say its a non issue but when I demanded to have the employees name she refused to identify herself. She was unprofessional and confrontational. I spoke with the supervisor who I must say was the most professional person in this place. She told me it was unprofessional of her to demand the way she did and mentioned something about a possible discounted rate. Little do they know Im a Wyndham rewards member so hopefully something will be done to ameliorate the embarrassment my cousin and I went through at this place.

Staff was rude when checking in, did not get any information in regards to breakfast, room, both ice machines broken staff refused to give ice, breakfast was horrible, triple charged for room then told manager dont like to give refunds, staff had no idea how to do their job, beer caps under bed and on table, when i asked to clean my room i was told there was not enough housekeeping to clean all rooms, staff was on phones instead of tending to renters....i will never stay at this facility again the worst experience ever!!!!

expensive for what you paid. Okay breakfast. Toilet always has sound of adding water.

This review will be very simple. The room had bed bugs! I woke up around 2am scratching my legs and chest and I had bites all over. Pulled the comforter off and there were bed bugs on the white sheets. I picked one up in a cup and brought it to the desk and immediately checked out. The clerk was nice and offered me a new room but after what happened there was no chance I was falling asleep again in this motel. As far as everything else the TV worked fine. The room had a weird smell but I find every motel to have a weird smell until you have the AC on for a few hours. So I would obviously not recommend this place.

I caught up on much needed sleep as was alone and so checked in the hotel and stayed there except for breakfast and to cook popcorn in the microwave.

If you just need to sleep, its an ok hotel. Our experience, for two adults there was one towel in room. We arrived in Albuquerque an hour early, asked if we could put place our bags in our room if available? Desk clerk said is was ready, but would charge $25 for early use! Stains on the carpet, and elevators acted like they were about to breakdown, scary! Breakfast was good, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee etc.

The price was good, the room was no so good. There was no refrigerator no microwave, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke (we booked a non-smoking room), there was a hole in the restroom wall, and to top it off there were bed bugs. The price was good, the room was not.
