Nice place. I would stay there again. Staff very friendly. Good place for a quick stay, I wouldn't stay there for more than a few days

Defiantly not a bad place to stay, the clerk when check on was nice, the next person. In the morning, not so much. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. I think the first floor is the smoking floor which is pretty gross to walk through every time. I could stay there again.

Room condition was truly subpar. Carpet was worn and smelly, no working phone, toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall. Very poor electrical-had an extension cord to power light fixture, poor to no room service, ask for a towel and took 30 min to receive one. No refrigerator in room. However had a nice TV. Would not recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever never going through orbitz again. This motel taken over 200 dollars from my acct. I ended up NOT staying there. Because they required a $100 deposit for locals. I canceled my room and they charged me. $78.96 3 times over drafted my acct. Worst worst worst. I also over heard other guests complaining about their room. Location is sketchy. Just the worst experience ever.

I made and paid for the reservation on Orbitz. When I got to the hotel to check in, I was informed that because I am an Albuquerque resident, I was going to be charged a $100 deposit for my stay. I was not told this when making my reservation online. I would not have made it then. We got to our first room and the air conditioner did not work and there was an overpowering stench of urine. I asked to be moved to another room. I was told I would receive a discount because we were being moved to a much smaller room, instead I was charged ANOTHER $100 deposit. When I asked about the authorizations, I was told they would fall off by the end of the day. I did not receive a discount and the authorizations for the $200 are still on my account, it's been 3 days. Very frustrating, especially when I need access to those funds. I will not be staying at Super 8 ever again.

Rooms weren't ready on arrival. Had to wait at least 30 minutes for rooms to be made.

My stay was not so great. Didnt feel safe. Room didnt feel clean. Broken entrance doors, piles of trash by eastside entrance door, tried to call front desk about police presence and stolen car, but phone was in operable, dead roaches were on the floor, bathroom floor was damaged. The young front desk girl was nice. A young man was roaming hallways, parking lot, rocking the vending machine, & jumped on the front desk to see the desk staff was present. He was kinda creepy.

Drove for 10 hours and when arrived to this motel they assigned us to a dirty room. Then they attempted to re-assign us to a room but it had been smoked in. So......they finally gave us a room on third floor and stated that due to the elevator being broken they would charge us half price for the room however, they billed us for entire amount. I would not go back to this motel. Very disappointing.

We had to change our room 3 times- the first time our room had no phone, hair dryer didn't work, 2 lamps didn't work and the toilet wouldn't flush. The second time, we were put in the "Truckers Only" floor/rooms by mistake. The final room had comfy beds, clean and everything worked but no coffee maker. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice enough.

There was a broken, but barely workable shower curtain rod...We repeatedly told the front desk and each time no one knew anything about it. But they were very cordial. Nothing got fixed, breakfast bar was a bit barren..but okay.

The stay was good, looked like it was time for some remodel but all in all staff was friendly and helpful. Price was right.

was not the cleanest, bad need of update. However great location and value.

Hotel was in a conventional place. Easy access to the freeway and nearby diners. Very quiet place.

In ABQ for business. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No complaints. Good value for the money.

This hotel was comfortable and in an ideal location, however they could do a little more cleaning (example: layered calcium deposits on the shower head) but I did not feel "dirty" while I was there. Like I said the hotel was designed for people to stay a single night while they past though, but for the price I can not complain too much.

Hotel needs a little remodeling, carpets deep cleaned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A horn was blowing with a small dog in the car; we alerted the staff and they took care of it promptly.

Don't let the price sway you, this hotel is not worth the price! I asked for non-smoking but the entire hotel smelled of smoke, the laundry room had only one working dryer, and the toilet was not secured to the ground. There was nothing much for breakfast either, cereal, juice, and waffles. This was definitely no place to relax.

Stay was comfortable, but no coffeemaker! I need my caffienne in the morning and hate going to the front office for coffee in my pj's!! Price and staff were nice!

the hotel was ok for the price, the first night we stayed the man working the desk was rude and the rooms are a little small. The rest of the staff was great. The location was great we were close to old town witch we loved and plenty of other places. we did not have far to drive at all
