Hotel was okay, staff was helpful, though had to change our family of 6 from 1 room to 2 due to them overbooking rooms. The state of repair though was low. One room the toilet leaked, the other room had covers missing over the fan. Towels also were gray from excessive washing over time and probably need to be replaced.

Disgusting hotel. Would not stay again, would stay in my car first.

Dirty walls, filthy carpet, I had to fix the toilet, cockroach in the bath, bottom sheet was very loose would not stay on the corners-meager breakfast...

I wish to point out that the process to book a room was great and the experience was good..My issues began upon arrival when i attempted to check i was told that local residents were not allowed to stay at the motel..In further discussion i found that the policy is in place because of the damage suffered with previous guest engaging in drugs and partying... When i tried to explained that because the address on my drivers license was Albuquerque, i have moved to Socorro a year ago and found no need to renew my license until it expired..Tho i had other documents that could be proof of residence it was not allowed because it was not picture id...After discussing i was there for an appointment for the next day and after handing over a $100.00 deposit i was allowed to check in...I am a Disabled Female Veteran and i use a walker to get around...Not even showing my military id was accepted...when i arrived in the room i found the accommodations were not handicap accessible. difficult to maneuver in the room and the bathroom was a nightmare to take a bath or use the toilet..Overall the room was just ok...mold, tile peeling and no way to take a bath, bed very uncomfortable on the back, easy chair with no support for sitting.. Also it needs to be noted there are is no onsite service unless you can log on and order from an affiliate service to deliver meals...No vending machine snacks available in machines all must be purchased at the front desk...Further there is no WIFI service at th

First of all the rate for a double room was listed cheaper on the site at $40 and when I finished paying it was over $55. Not a bargain after all. The evening staff was fine, the morning woman was barely civil. Place was clean and comfortable.

My first experience with the front desk clerk which I later found out was the manager was a cold and unpleasant welcoming, I was finally able to bring down the wall when talking about the plants in the lobby which belonged to the manager. The reservation was originally for 3 days which I added two more days due to my physical health and several doctor appointments in the next couple of days. I have severe issues using my lower extremities due to my back and MS. I ended up rented another night after the two day extension which was paid for online upfront. My boyfriend went downstairs to let them know we were staying another night and sign the paperwork which the controlling manager said no and would not allow him to bring up the paperwork for me to sign. This was around 8am and check out is at 11am, hence, the room is already paid for. I advised my boyfriend let her know I will be down there by 11am to sign. Hours before I am getting calls to go down. At 11:07am the manager is opening the door yelling and screaming at me while I;m in excruciating pain. I was embarrassed and applauded that this lady is yelling and screaming at me and because I was unable to jump out of bed at her command she said she is not renting to me to get out and call my husband to come get me and slammed the door when I asked for corporates number. NEVER have I EVER been belittled, felt soo low, shocked, embarrassed, and much more for my physical health not allowing me to be down right at 11am

Only problem was a 10-minute wait to check in because there was another person in front of me having problems with a credit card and because clerk had to deal with another customer on the phone.

When we returned to our room the room door was left open and only one bed was made up. I talked to the manager in the morning and she said she personally checked all the room doors before she leaves for the day and she said she takes pictures of the rooms and I asked her if she took a picture of the locked door and she didn't say nothing

It was a great place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful

This hotel is hot, smells horrible and is filthy. There was trash under our bed, dirt/dust in the air conditioning unit and large bugs in our room. I will never stay in another Super 8.

I stayed a few days and I didn't had any complaints. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and didn't stink like others I have been to. The beds are super comfy! HD tv and free parking. Overall I really liked it and I would stay again!

This hotel was clean and quite'pele were friendly and the cont initial breakfast was just fine, nothing Fancy but good. It was nice and close to freeway for overnight stop, easy off easy on .

We were taken advantage of by the lady at the front desk. Charged 100 bucks extra............... No where near worth the money because of the staff. The staff is a bit lazy.

I have stayed in some really nice 4 and 5 star hotels and on a smaller scale, I would have to say that this stay was better on many levels than what I have experienced in the extremely higher price hotels. Thank you!

We have stayed at this super8 for the last 3 years on our Anniversary Vacation to NM. some of the rooms have a clear view of the Sandia Mountains. The price for this hotel is great for the quality you can easily spend double in ABQ and only end up with a slightly better room. The beds are clean comfortable, the showers/tubs are hot and clean the TV's are nice with Cable. The hotel is safe and quiet, the staff has been very comfortable and the Manager even stopped us in the hall to ask if our room was being cleaned properly. The towels are in good shape just not all that soft but get the job done. The King bed could have had more than 3 pillows on it but the pillows that were there are comfortable. But overall this hotel is clean comfortable and a great value. It is our ABQ vacation home.

people slamming doors, it had a weird odor, thing broken in the hotel. they said it was a super breakfast it wasn't , it was just plain. room was not clean at all. just plain dirty all around.

right when we walked in we instantly felt uncomfortable. We decided to give it a chance, so we went up to the room. The room wasn't clean, I was nervous to take my shoes off and my little sister didn't feel safe. We decided to check out a few min after seeing our room. It was non refundable, but totally worth leaving. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very nice place for the price. Had a really good experience. The only problem was the cleanliness.

Small, compact and comfortable. Located in far west Albuquerque, making for a quick exit to continue west on I-40.
