When we arrived the front desk staff were openly talking about kicking patrons out, having to call the police on certain rooms, and complaints from guests about quality. We get it, sometimes hospitality is a hard industry and needing to vent with coworkers is necessary. We were tired and just ready to check in. When the front desk agent, Tim, gave us our room assignment we noticed it was a smoking room. A mistake I made when booking. My girlfriend has asthma and can’t do a smoking room, I politely asked Tim if we could swap for a non smoking room. His response, “My manager told me I don’t have to honor those kinds of requests.” I was dumbfounded. I proceeded, “well do you just not have any non smoking rooms available?” I would get if that's the case, I made a mistake and if there wasn’t something else available that’s on me. His response, “I haven’t looked at all the reservations yet.” At this point I’m trying not to get upset, we’re tired, we’re in town for a rather tense family reunion, we just want to rest before dinner. I ask if he could check and he says, “My manager said that’s not something I have to do.” Upset I ask what we need to do to switch to a non smoking room, he tells us we can wait an hour and half and if no one else checks in during that time he’ll look into switching us, but no guarantees and he reminded us yet again, “I don’t have to make this switch.” A few mins later a guy walked in and asked for a non smoking room and got it. So they clearly had some.

There were friendly young ladies in front dressed in micro skirts, tattooed, smiling and waving to me. One even asked me out on a date. Breakfast was minimal.

I'm a low maintenance person willing to put up with lower standards than most. This motel lobby had quite a few waiting late afternoon, some were asking for a different room because the one assigned smelled bad. Some were given a smoking room after requesting non. I waited a long time behind people who looked a bit more like the homeless group outside. Finally I was sent to another hotel, my reservation was honored and I was happy to get away from that lobby. The second motel was two blocks away and much more pleasant.

Was greeted at a late hour with no complications, and got a comfortable nights sleep. Although if your a light sleeper, I would consider bringing ear plugs.

Nice, clean but not a great location, breakfast was a plus and the hotel was pretty inside, but outside, not so much.

We usually stay in 3 star just for comfort but have stayed in some really nice 2 and 2.5 stars in the past. Since we would be getting in late and leaving early I decided we needed nothing special but this was plum yucky. It was after 10 p.m. when we checked in. There were some shady characters just sitting in the lobby at check in. The desk clerk was nice and showed me which door to go through as "we were having some troubles" with the one closest to our room. We drove around trying more than 4 doors unable to get in. We finally pulled close to the front and got in a door that didn't lock. It was dirty and unkempt. It has not seen any work in a long time. I did not feel comfortable leaving any of my belongings in the car and brought everything in. You get what you pay for but it was nasty. There were dirty spots on the walls that would have easily washed off. Will mark this off my list as an acceptable place to stay.

Gross!!!!!! The room was dirty, outdated, and was just creepy! I would not recommend anyone stay here!

Do not stay at this dreadful place. Drug addicts chased me in the halls. The staff was atrocious. They didn't even have my bed made in my room when I arrived. I had to request a different room. Despite focusing on being more pleasurable TAO, this hotel was an integral part of the worst road trip of my entire life thus far.

And in most regards I got what I expected. However, there was trash in my room on top of the TV cabinet and in drawers. I expected run down, not a room that hadn't been cleaned. Also, it took more than an hour to check in because there was only one person working the front desk and she appeared to be trying to manage many things at once in addition to checking guests in.

somewhat enjoyable several cars and trucks broke into

It was my fiance's birthday so we had rented two rooms. One of them had stayed in for 7 consecutive days and then rented another room as I said because we were celebrating. When checking in the hotel raised the deposit from the advertisment not only on your website but theirs as well from $50.00 to $100.00 because we had 'IN-STATE' IDENTIFICATION CARDS and/or DRIVERS LICENSE. They claimed it was policy but that's total BS because my mother (who is white I might note) had no problems checking in nor did they require her to pay the $100.00 even though her I.D. is 'IN-STATE' as well. When my fiance Isaac Marquez finally got to his room we opened gifts and he laid down while I took a shower. WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE SHOWER I WAS IMMEDIATELY ALERTED OF LITTLE THINGS CRAWLING ON THE BED AND SCURRYING ACROSS MY MANS PILLOW. I SCREAMED AND MY POOR TIRED HARDWORKING MAN PROCEEDED TO HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT OF HOSPITALITY. I GOT THE NERVE to CATCH ONE FOR OR EVIDENCE AND WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE FRONT DESK THE NITE CLERK TOOK A PICTURE AND ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED HIM TO DO? GET THIS...THEY FREAKIN CHARGED ME LIKE TEN FREAKING BUCKS TO CHANGE ROOMS ?!! AND TO TOP IT OFF WE HAD TO THROW AWAY HIS WORK COVERALLS (WHICH AREN'T CHEAP BY ANY SPREAD OF THE IMAGINATION) AND I'D JUST PURCHASED HIM 5 PAIRS OF JEANS FROM MACYS, EXACTLY 7 COOL A** T-SHIRTS, 4 COLLARD SHIRTS, AND A NEW SUNDAYS BEST FOR CHURCH WHICH INCLUDED 2 PAIRS OF SLACKS AND A BLAZER..2BCONT

Very good value for a basic hotel. Large room. The hotel is old but clean. The breakfast was disappointing. Friendly staff. Good location close by the highways and a lot of restaurants etc.

No towels, toilet paper....had to ask 3X...never again !!!!!

My room was clean and there was free breakfast. The shuttle pickup from the airport came right away. I only waited about 10 minutes, tops. The place is run down but it's what I expected for the price you pay. If you just want a cheap place to crash, this is it. The front desk had some issues because their computer systems were being upgraded and I wasn't allowed to check in until around 3:30. It was not the staff's fault and they did the best they could to straighten it out. Breakfast was so crowded you could hardly get to anything and there was nowhere to sit on my second day. They need a bigger breakfast area with more waffle makers and toasters.

Bed was comfortable and room was adequate. Did not have time to eat breakfast due to early departure but they had coffee ready in lobby. There was a very strange smell in hallways upon entering.

was what we were looking for, a place to sleep for a good price, with breakfast for the family

everything was just right all the amenetis and services wer up to standered

I was disappointed because for 2 days of my stay at this motel I had no television. They said they were switching over cable to another provider and they were working on it. They should have given us a discount or credited us for the inconvenience, but they didn't even offer. This motel isn't the greatest to begin with, but my husband stays here because it is close to his work. I think I will look for somewhere else next time.

The hotel stay was good - nothing special, but it met our needs for a quick stay.

I feel I received my moneys worth for this room. Nothing special bathroom was clean room was clean. I found it a bit confusing on getting to my room. Hotel staff wasn't to friendly. overall you get what you pay for
