I was not told that there would be a charge of $75 upfront on check in, even though it was refunded on checkout, it was unexpected. Other than that, everything was pleasant and clean. I would stay there again!

This is an old La Quinta with open air access to the rooms. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a Denny's and Cracker Barrel with in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is right off of I-25. I would stay there again.

Disgusting room conditions, in operable tv, old and outdated.

Good location from freeway. Room was comfortable.

are not friendly with only one ramp for handicap- 2 parking spaces and when we use it- got nasty note venthou we had handicap plates

Kind of far from down town and other atractions. More of an indutrial area but staff very helpful hotel room very clean but kinda small all around thums up!!!

Had a great rest & it was quiet & clean! Staff was Great!

The cost was low but it is a clean, comfortable room. A bit noisy .

You need to know: Doors face outside Older hotel Decent area of town You get what you pay for - ok for one night

It was a very quiet place but I was put in a room in the rear where Employees worked/parked. Breakfast wasn't much to speak of, but then again Denny's was just a stones throw away. Parking in the back of the building was kind of unnerving and I didn't get a Handicapped Accessible Room I requested. The restroom was quite small and the tiles are white so I could see the floor wasn't clean.

The beds at La Quinta were very comfortable and the amenities were fine. The room was fairly clean and there was a Denny's restaurant next door. The staff were very obliging. I told the desk I could not get Wi-Fi in my room and someone came to fix the problem early the next day. I was very satisfied with the motel and the price.

The hotel is a good location and good value for what we paid. The broken toilet was a bit of a nuisance, but not a huge deal. However, the non-functioning AC was what really made the experience significantly less enjoyable.

This was a pretty comfortable place to stay and in a good location for my needs. Glad I'm deaf in one ear because there were children outside screaming as they played past 11 pm the first night but I guess that was beyond the control of the hotel staff. In-room coffee was great the first morning. Housekeeping was more concerned with making up the bed that I had already made up than restocking the room. They took used towels and forgot to leave more and did not refresh the coffee supply so had to walk from handicap access room farthest from the office to get coffee. Continental breakfast was OK. The last morning there were no cups, coffee, cream, sugar, and part of the coffee maker was missing! Another long limp to the office?! Denny's was closer than the office. The pool looked very inviting so I thought I'd take a peaceful, relaxing swim at night rather than risk a sunburn but at 8 pm there were about a dozen children splashing around and screeching. They were still doing cannonballs at 9 so I decided to forego swimming. The shower head was old and worn with some parts missing.I could not adjust to get any water pressure even with the faucets turned on full blast so it was difficult to get clean. The non-handicapped rooms probably did not have dribbly showers. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, which could have been a problem on a 99 degree day. The air conditioner also made enough noise to mask the sounds of the traffic on the interstate highway just across the street. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. When I called about the coffee and towels they said to just come to the office and get what I needed since nobody was available to bring it to the room. I would recommend this hotel to a friend if morning coffee were not important to them or if they didn't mind walking 1/4 mile to get it. With a little more attention to detail by the housekeeper and a new shower head that didn't dribble this could have been an ideal stay.

Went to check in at 3pm, room not ready. The receptionist said to come back in 20 minutes. Went back in an hour room still not ready. Receptionist rude behavior was not needed, could not cancel my reservation because my credit card was already charged the day before. The beds were also very small and for some strange reason I ended up in a handicap accessible room ?

1. Did not follow my prepaid website request for 1st floor, then the desk clerk was was not very pleasant told me there were no 1st floor rooms available (I was staying an entire week). 2. Insisting due to bad hips he then relented and gave me a room (throughout the entire week there were dozens of 1st floor rooms unoccupied), but he made it seem like a real chore to offer me one. 3. My new Non-smoking room was smoke-laden. Instead of dealing with the same clerk we aired out the room-it took several days to alleviate the smoke. 4. Room service-for 4 days the room never received shampoo or soap and the toilet had a small black spot mold growth-spots in the bowl, obviously due to the water, but never brushed out until a complaint was made. 5. It is the little things that make the difference in the stay-otherwise I like the location and in general, the company. I have stayed here in previous years.

The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was off the freeway and easy access. The rooms were very good, a great place to stay and relax for the price. I was very happy.

Although everyone was very nice this motel was not for me. It was old, smelled and was an outside room entrance.

A very good value for the cost-conscious traveller. Room was always clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Good central location in Albuquerque, although you will definitely need a car. Overall, a well-maintained facility.

Hotel was clean and well run. Rooms near the pool weren't as nice as rooms a bit further away. Hotel is right next to a Denny's restaurant. Outdoor pool. The LaQuinta across the highway is a suites hotel and has an inside pool.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are a credit card required hotel. The site you booked your room through on the check out page it does indicate we require a valid credit card at check in. We are thrilled the rest of your stay was enjoyable for you and we hope to see you again real soon.
