I checked into this hotel because I had an early flight in the morning and wanted to be close to the hotel. The room itself was spotless. The front desk staff, however, leaves much to be desired. An unattended dog was left in the room on the other side of the building that I shared a wall with. I told the front desk staff about the problem and the front desk staff seemed disinterested. I went to investigate where the barking was coming from, identified the room, went back down to the front desk and asked them to call the people who were checked in there. He seemed baffled by the request and unsure what to do. I suggested maybe he look up their information, a request that he seemed to struggle with. He finally found their information but said it was too late to call them. This seemed to be an illogical conclusion as clearly the people had left their dog in the room alone (who was barking and scratching the door for at least 2 hours). I finally request to be moved to a different room, a request that he honored begrudgingly. Walking to the other side of the hotel to change rooms, I could hear the dog barking from the lot. If hotels are going to allow dogs to stay (and this is coming from a dog lover) there has to be an accountability mechanism for these instances. Charge them a fine, have their numbers stored in the files in case of problems. But don't take it out on the guests and make them feel like they are the problem rather than irresponsible dog owners.

Staff was incredible. I usually don t interact much with hotel staff, but every person I saw was friendly and asked how my stay was. The cleaning staff were just as concerned as the front desk. The room was well cared for, very clean. Great location too. Easy access to everything we needed.

Service was good. Personnel friendly. It was a renovated hotel so not characteristic of other La Quintas I have stayed at. Clean sheets comfortable bed plenty of living space in a king room. A slight musty smell and shower area was small and outlets were not convienent. I probably would have spent the money and stayed at one of the other La Quintas in the area for the more updated La Quinta rooms.

First glance, it's obvious that this is one of the older ones that has been neglected in updates. I had to ask myself if i should stay before walking in to check in. i decided to take the chance (i was exhausted too). The night staff was great...especially Brooke! There was a slight problem with my first room, Brooke made sure I was comfortable and helped me lug my luggage up the flight of stairs (elevator is on the far side of the hotel, not convenient at all). Furniture and rooms are stuck in the late 70's- 80's...desperately need a makeover, beds were a bit sunken, but comfortable for an exhausted person.

There is no microwave or refrigerator which I like to have to keep my food cold and warm up leftovers. The breakfast also closes at 9am which makes it difficult to sleep in while wanting the free breakfast.

Restaurant on the same block with good food. Very nice. Quick service at the desk. Beautiful room.

The check in guy seemed tired and burnt out. Not much expression and not that friendly The coffee maker in the room didn't work,, in fact it fell apart. The bathtub felt like it could fall in when stepping in certain places.

Staff is great . Room was clean but building itself is old

This place has no elevators , and is really loud ( traffic) , but pretty clean and super close to airport, no good place to change clothes in private. ( I shared a room with my teenage sons, and the bathroom was very very small hard to change in.

Hotel was close to the highway like I needed. Pets stayed free. Room was very warm after turning on the heat

Loud traffic to close to busy street. Room smells of mold. Dirty towel left in bathroom behind the door.

Place needs maintenance and better cleaning. The area around the hotel was sketchy and unsafe feeling. The sidewalk in front of our room had trash and empty soda bottles as well as cigarette butts all over. The room reeked of smoke.

The hotel advertises pool, fitness facility, WiFi, and numerous other amenities, In reality, the entire pool area was closed, even though temperatures ran into the 90's. The fitness facility was a joke. Basically, a converted hotel room with broken down equipment. The overall layout of the hotel was poorly designed , similar to a motel. Vending machines did not work. Staff was rude and incompetent. Road and other noise was noticeable at all hours. When the a/c unit kicked in, the roar and screech of worn-out bearings could be heard two blocks away. The carpet had an unusual stain, a dark red or brown tinged spot which was somewhat alarming. (If you stay at this hotel, bring your Lysol and hazmat equipment...)

Desk gir brude and not very friendly. The steps and sidewalk are in much need of repair. The steps are not to code and an accident waiting to happen

Jethro/Jeff or whatever his name is missed/failed customer service class maybe over whelmed not sure . But not nice

Hotel is really a motel with entrances outside. There was homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. Room felt dirty. Staff was nice, although they need more help at desk in morning. Breakfast area always out of food and dirty.

Very surprised to find a hotel near airport that was so clean and staff very friendly. We were celebrating our 33rd year anniversary

Although in general the hotel was ok, the TV didn't work and the front desk said that there was nothing they could do about it. They offered to let me switch rooms, but since I had already unpacked, this did not seem like a helpful offer.

very nice and would recommend to friends and have stayed there several times on my trip to NM.

The motel was easy to find and had restaurants nearby. Our first room was VERY smokey but the staff changed our rooms for non smoking. Very friendly.
