Hotel was nice, and staff was super nice, however there was a couple of Fiber One wrappers, chunks and crumbs under the bed.

Parking small no true exit to major streets. Heat in room not plesant ,broken titles in room ,small tv's in room ,bathroom fans dont wo rk and no heat in bathroom.

Grandson had an eye doctor appointment in Albuquerque, and stayed here for the first time. The grandsons loved the pool and of course the breakfast that didn't require a trip to eat elsewhere. I will definitely stay there on the next trip.

The hotel was musty, and there was wallpaper peeling in certain spots of our hotel room.

Had a great experience everything was fast and easy great people work there friendly as well.. The rooms where nice and loved that it had cable good customer service!!

I like staying at this hotel friendly people and great service

Hotel is very cozy, me and the family always sleep well and enjoy the pool and breakfast. Staff is polite and the rooms are very welcoming and comfortable.

Very convenient location, friendly stuff. We would stay here again .

Room was a little small, but everything else excellent. Phenomenal room for the price.

I had originally booked a room at a Travelodge up the road from this Howard Johnson but ended up cancelling after I found out my room was already occupied. The staff at Howard Johnson was instantly warm and inviting. My family and I were able to book a room in less than 5 minutes. This hotel offers a good sized indoor pool and jacuzzi along with hot breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again next time we're in town.

Easy check in and out. That is what we needed. We also used the laundry facilities. The dryer needs 2 rounds. The first left the clothes wet. The 2nd super hot :)

If you stay here make sure you stay on the side that doesn't fave the hwy while it has a great view on that side but you can hear cars all night long also water pressure is way to low in showers great price thoe

Great location, close to interstate. We didn't have any towels on arrival and the bed smelled so bad we had to leave. I'm sure all the mattresses don't smell like that, but one's enough. Balcony was nice. But I'd never stay there again.

Hotel was a nice place ro.stay. Everyone was nice n helpful. Furnishing was a little old scratches n there but overall is was comfy.

It's a duable hotel stay yet would not recommend it personally.

For the price I didn't expect much. I just wanted a comfortable place to stop on a road trip and that's exactly what I got. The breakfast was standard: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, all the usual cereals, etc. The hotel room was a little rundown (peeling paint in room, carpet snagged in a number of locations, one cockroach, etc), but this didn't interfere with my sleep. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. They were very friendly toward my dog, even giving me a ground floor room with patio access to make it easy to walk him outside. The hotel is on a hill and has a nice view of downtown Albuquerque, especially at night when the city is lit up.

I've have a better time in worse hotels, there something about this one that just wasn't pleaasent. Extremely slow check in, room had to towels, it was nosiy, parking lot is a nightmare. I mainly booked this room because it advertised a great workout room, which was a false advertisment. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I usually won't review hotels, but this one warrants one. I stayed here on a trip from Salt Lake City to Houston, and it was the worst of the 3 hotels I stayed at. The room was small, and was probably better suited to a queen bed than a king. Then with the huge chair and desk, there was very limited room to move around. It just made the room small. This was the first room I've stayed at that didn't have wall outlets. I literally spent 10 minutes looking for an outlet to plug in my laptop, and all that existed was a power strip. Not very customer friendly. The breakfast left much to be desired; granted most hotel breakfasts are not appetizing, but this was especially not. Overall, I walked away with a not-so-good impression of Howard Johnson hotels.

We had a great time . The breakfast is outstanding. Coffee could be better. Bring your own coffee and brew it in the room. Staff was great. Rooms are dated but clean. View of the freeway is fine and the noise from it is more of a white noise. Not bad. The extended view is fine with the mesa to the west. Sunsets are beautiful.

Get hotel for a last minute stay. The rooms were OK. I only stayed 1 night. If I had to stay for more than a night I would not recommend this hotel. I would rate it at 1.5 maybe 2 stars. The rooms smell and the water is terrible.
