I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Turned on the light and found a bed bug next to the sink. I immediately packed up and checked out. When I called Orbitz they were very helpful.

For the price it was ok. I hope that they replace the old carpet and make sure the rooms do not have a bad smell.

Everything was fine, it's just my room and frankly the whole place needs updating. The carpet alone had to be from the 70's, I wouldn't walk barefooted on it. I really had no other issues.

Good value, easy access to airport. Decent breakfast. Fairly comfortable room.

Got to see a roadrunner for the first time in the parking lot. Enjoyed my time at the Balloon Fest. Drove to Texas and Arizona. Saw many of the local sites.

Not anywhere near worth the price. All cabinets and woodwork dented and scrapped up. Toilet ran constantly. Phone had buttons punched out. Sink had no stopper. Dents in drywall all around the room. Non functioning security lock- missing latch off of fdoor frame

Close to airport. Hotel staff was very nice. Large breakfast room. But, no ESPN

I always enjoy the stay here a comfy beds & breakfast included to get our day started

No way to get food - only glutinous fast food. If you're flying in and staying over just to fly out -- and need anything more than a bed to sleep in and a shower, this isn't a good place

Hotel was exactly what I paid for. They had decent breakfast options and they were close to the major freeways and the airport.

Good, clean place to stay for the price in ABQ. Not too sketchy of a location. We checked in at 2am after our flight had been delayed 2 hours and had some issues with our reservation, but the lady on night shift was amazing and super friendly and helpful and got us all squared away.

easy booking, friendly staff, rich breakfast and great price

I came in late. The hotel provided transportation quickly with a friendly driver. I liked the layout of the entryway and first floor with a pool and patio at the back. My stay was very brief, but comfortable.

The rooms aren't like what they show you on Orbitz. I booked the room so I could bring my daughter a bagel for breakfast, but you aren't allowed to take food to your room. The pool was freezing cold. My room key kept deactivating. The sink had no stopper. There was only one elliptical and one treadmill.

This hotel is nicely decorated and the staff were all very nice. There was a variety for breakfast! I loved it and was very glad to have picked it.

This hotel was fine for a basic place to stay. I was able to see the attractions for which I came to Albuquerque.

A decent place to stay if you're looking for a bargain.

Most of the hotels in that area are a bit sketchy, I was suprise at when I walked in this one. No gross smells, nice comfortable room and bathroom, pretty decent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Linen was not changed on bed when I arrived. Staff took care of it quickly. Courtesy van does not start service until 5:00am, I needed to be at airport at 5:00, might want to thonk about having a case by case basis shuttle, not solid hours.

It was a place to crash for the night to shorten our drive to another destination. In all honesty, I would put this in a Days Inn class for which I will never stay at again. It should be billed as a 2 star facility...it definitely doesn't rate 3 stars.
