Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Hotel & Spa

Breakfast grill cooks were impatient and rude. I watched as many folks eggs were not properly cooked and the cooks had attitude.

I've never had the experience of a truly dirty room until now. The carpet was so bad that walking on it barefoot was a no-no. Wore socks and those would stick too. Maids did not collect trash or vacuum once during our stay. Had to ask for extra towels each day. (You'd think if the maid collected 5 towels, she'd replace said 5 towels.) oh and the $4.50 water bottles were OPENED and obviously refilled by someone prior to us. Nasty shower head had rust and mold growing out of it! Gross, truly gross and not maintained at all.

Great hotel. ..staff very attentive, price was great and free complete breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. Beautiful ambiance. ..we'll worth the trip

Wish we had more information about the hotel and ammenities before leaving the hotel. There seemed to be lots of new staff and they did not know the answers to the questions we had, nor did anyone point out what was available.

6:30-7:30 complementary drinks reception in the lobby!

I have stayed here before and it was as nice again. The microwave and refrigerator is a big plus!

Is used to reside in Albuquerque several years ago and have always wanted to stay at this hotel. The hotel wasn't what I expected but it was still nice, clean and service was overall good. I do not think it worth the rate they charge but now I know. I think they need to remodel the rooms or at least update the furniture. Probably will not stay here again. Sorry Embassy Suites

Always like to stay at Embassy. The breakfast to order is awesome...happy hour is awesome, and the rooms are comfortable and roomy !

great place to stay Good bed good staff good food. Everything was clean and quite just how I like it

It great that they have family pool time until 10 then adult pool time from 10 to 12. Very considerate. Also, love the free fresh breakfast. Served to order.

Was a good experience and I would definitely stay again and would recommend this wonderful hotel to all my family and friends

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was great!! Looks brand new.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here with friends. Enjoyed the pool & the great breakfast!

It was a good experience. Orbitz was simple and made our stay enjoyable.

Great food, great service, friendly people

Excellent stay. Very nice fitness room with cardio and weight equipment. Good sized indoor pool and hot tub. Great buffet (or made to order) breakfast--they even had soy milk for the cereal. We loved the manager's reception each evening with chips & salsa plus free drinks. The rooms are perfect for families with a separate bedroom and living area. The hotel is close to good and cheap restaurants (near UNM campus) as well as a few museums (just up the road 1 and half miles).

Clean.

We tend to stay at Embassy Suites wherever we go since it is such a great place for family. This particular location had all the familiar ammenitities, but the location (right off the hospital campus) makes it better suited for business travelers. I would prefer being able to walk outside and find things to see without hopping in the car. New looking facility and VERY friendly staff.
