Check in was fast, room was good for a short stay, free wifi, AC took a while to cool down the room as it stays off when the room is empty. Bathroom facilities are dated but functional and clean. Beds were comfy and pillows super soft. Breakfast was nice, strong coffee for me and a freshly made waffle in the ready to go waffle iron... not a huge variety but enough of a choice to get you going, hey it's free right! I would definitely stay here again when passing through....

Not the best choice I will not go back this is why I'm not going to continue to do these reviews. The room was bad the internet would not connect.

We stayed 3 nights. Close to major attractions. Room and staff were nice. I would stay there again.

Good enough for a $40 night. Positives: Wi-Fi is fast. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast. Easy access from freeways. Negatives: Washbasin was clogged and slow. Some kind of smeared crap on the chair. Coffee in room was only decaf.

We needed to be in Phoenix that next morning so we stayed on west side of town. Got up in the morning and it was painless to leave. Great location

For Nothing I got to the hotel they did not give me a room even tho I had paid for it, then I had to go to another hotel to pay for the night and the next day the manager who was not there the night I arrived

Room is clean. But they forgot to put the toiletry stuff in room. Coffee maker without sugar bags, etc. the smoke alarm was beeping. They took it away but did not send it back...Breakfast is limited. Generally ok stay.

Price is great for the room if your just traveling through but beware the neighborhood. I witnessed two guys jump out of a pickup truck with knives and slashes a tire in the hotel parking lot right next to this days inn. I ended up checking out early and losing out on what I had already paid for. Breakfast was also lame...

Our room had over a hundred black bugs, I found out from the very rude front desk guy joe g that they get sprayed frequently and he acted like I was lying?!? He was rude the website says redone rooms, that was not true. It is run down, smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. I didn't sleep the entire night as there was a bug in the bed when we first got there-he said all hotels on the trip had bugs due to construction...I emailed the owner of the property and am waiting to hear back. I would like an apology for the rudeness of the front desk guy and an apology for the bugs in the room! Awful - don't stay there.

Stayed here 3 nights as I worked on a project just a mile away. Room was nice in size and amenities and was clean, but the cleaning staff failed one night to leave coffee packets and another the plastic bag for the ice. Minor inconveniences but inconveniences nonetheless. Good location for restaurants, with several in short walking distance. I would stay here if in the area again.

Good place to stay . Great location and restaurants nearby. Good value for the rooms.

Basic and comfortable but Ac unit was noisy overnight. Found a dead roache on the floor, bathroom grab handle broken

Everything was great!! The service the staff the location! The room was clean and very comfortable!!

location was excellent and there's a couple of restaurants walking distance and gas station and right off the freewayalso of all the hotels over there it was the cheapest

Location is about the only great thing about this place. Right off I-40 with lots of amenities near by. The staff just sits behind the desk.. That's it. The room: Beds where nice, carpets where stained and looked filthy. Bathroom door would not close all the way. The shower curtain fell off the wall while showering and the sink drain was broken. Had to brush my teeth in the shower..

Just needed something convenient off the highway during a road trip. Cheap, well located, good, quiet area (for being near a highway). Very very friendly staff. Clean, had more than I needed and expected for the price. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Everything was perfect. I went for a little weekend get away and stayed there three nights . I was impressed with everything includibg the staff.

bed was comfortable but sheet didn't fit. temp control was difficult as fan went off and on. could not keep fan on low. It went off and on with the air conditioning.

Easy location, clean room. Only negative was had to call front desk to turn AC on and room was hot for a while

A hotel and room, only nitpick was the tv remote would not change channels with the up-down switches. Changed with the numbers. Tried 3 different remotes and not working. Breakfast was very good, had a frozen cheese omlet which had flavor.
