Your Rio Rancho adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. With a king, queen, and twin bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a jetted bathtub. This superb property offers a perfect retreat for your stay. We own the house next door also, in case you have larger groups. Owner is a New Mexico Realtor. Regarding pets: we are happy to host them but we expect YOU to clean up after them. If we see or smell any evidence of a pet, you will be charged a $500 fee; NO EXCEPTIONS. So please pay attention to your fur babies. The next guest wants a perfect house just like you got.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Exactly what we were looking for.
We were pleased with the home. Owner answered my Vrbo message within hours. Took care of a tiny issue VERY QUICKLY! Our small dog loved the back area. We would recommend 100% for a family stay!
