Ok stay. Clean room. Bossy about food. Can't take food to your room from breakfast. No appliances( microwave, refrigerator ). Rooms are not up to date with update renovations. (No soap dish. No flatscreen. No good cable channels).

I stayed one night and it was perfect. The place is quiet, clean and in one of the most historical place of the US, the Route 66! The motel is renovated and beautiful paints are along the walls. Recommended!

I usually stay at America Best inns bc they usually have decent breakfast. Not expecting 5 star breakfast just a little more than smashed pastries and waffles. Rooms need to be updated.

Excellent value for the money, clean rooms, would book again

Not the best bed, floor was really creaky, but it was a cheap place

I found bed bugs in n the room, lights were not working, bed sheet was not clean

The heater was really an issue finally got it to work but it was all on or blowing clod air.

The hotel was in general disrepair. Stairs dirty, permanent stains on sheets, sheets did not fit bed (came out immediately when you pulled down covers). Bath tub so stained and dirty looking that we did not bathe in it. Sink was fine, bed was comfortable apart from the sheets and blankets, which were rough and uncomfortable. Staff was lovely, nice. Place need much repair and care.

I was unable to make last minute changes to my reservation when I checked in at the motel. Although the clerk was helpful he was unable to make the change (from 3 night to 2 night stay). I then had to call orbitz and was on the phone for almost 30 minutes making the change. As for the motel my only complaint has to do with the free breakfast, not much of a choice, bare bones breakfast. some fruit, cereal, other pastries/breads would be an improvement.

I had a nice stay. But they had a terrible Wi-Fi(connected but cannot browse any sites using laptop or tablet.) Breakfast was limited as well. So if you are looking for a nice sleep and nothing else, this is the place.

This place was exactly what I needed: cheap and clean. The hotel concierge was extremely helpful and I will stay there again, if I ever make it back to Albuquerque!

From my brothers prospective he had a good nights rest.

Of course its not a 5 star hotel but totally worth what you pay for. I needed a place to stay while i was checking out the University of New Mexico and was lucky to find this place so close to school. The staff was friendly and the free waffles were great. Definitely recommend it and will be staying there again in a couple of weeks.

Our stay was awesome! 12 minutes away from the airport. Located right off the I-40 freeway. I will stay here again next time I come into town.

This hotel smelled dirty, blood stains on walls, a lot of strangers walking on promises looking thru windows, its definetly not a safe family area to be in. During breakfast a lot of homeless walked in for coffee and sweets, we at furst thought they were staying there. After complaining of room, was given another one.still not happy with our stay.

Our first night in this hotel was horrible. It was absolutely the dirtiest and most run down hotel I have ever stayed at. The sheets and blankets on both beds in our room had holes in them. The towels clearly had not been washed. They were not just stained, they were filthy. We were on the bottom floor, and the shower from the room above is was leaking in our room. Management was absolutely no help the first night, as we arrived late at night and they said that they were completely booked. They refused to give us a refund, as we had paid online for 3 nights. The next morning after complaining again, we were moved to another room. The manager told us that this was a better room. It was, indeed, somewhat better. At least the sheets and towels were clean. The carpet was filthy. The walls were paper thin in each of the rooms we stayed in. Normal conversations in the next room could be heard as if they were right there with you. Every movement could be heard in the room upstairs. Twice, while in the lobby I heard other guests with similar complaints. Another couple approached me to ask about our room. They also, were very unhappy with their room for the same reasons. The bottom line is that this hotel is very run down and in dire need of a makeover. Cleanliness is not a priority here, unfortunately. I would never return to this hotel, even if it were free.

First room smelled like urine under heavy cover of scent spray. Second room's door would not close. Third room had bed bugs that affected my leg and sons back.

I wasn't as put off by the torn blanket and worn out flooring as I was the neighbors. People coming and going out of the room next door, yelling and cursing at each other outside my door. Wondering if it will lead to gunshots. I've stayed before in the front section and things were rundown but not scary as the backside facing the freeway. It was cheap and that was about it.

The room did not appear to have had any upkeep in over 20 years. Not exactly dirty, but the worn down state of the room made it seem dirty. The bed linens seemed clean but they were stained. The artwork had drip marks. The trash can at the end of the outdoor corridor was overflowing. The closet hardware was about to fall apart.
