Older property. Do yourself a huge favor and get the suite style room. Standard rooms have no AC only a room fan and a window that doesn’t open well for ventilation. Standard rooms are dated and quite tight. No frig either. The outdoor seating is great though and plentiful. The staff of the Lake Louise Inn are what make it a good property. Friendly, helpful and generally great. I would probably stay again in a suite style room
I truly appreciated of the help from cleaning staff who look around for my lost crystal necklace in the room and saved at lost and found place.
Distance to nearby attractions was the main criteria; however exorbitant price compared to other stays.
The location is very good. The problem is this Inn is so over priced it’s hard to focus on anything else. They’re short on staff. The bathroom is so small two people can’t stand upright in it. It’s almost comical. Nonetheless, the attitude of the staff was excellent. Can’t fault them.

The standard room were we stayed was terrible, friendly staff but the property need upgrade. Overall location is close to L.L. attractions.

The Lake Louise Inn was perfect for our family of 6 on our ski holiday. Being right between the Lake Louise Ski Resort with the shuttle bus picking us up literally steps from our door and the famous Lake Louise Fairmont where we rented skates only a short drive up the mountain this place impressed us. With our youngest being 10 the pool only a sprint in our swim shorts and Crocs across the lot made things even better along with the much needed hot tubs after the day of skiing for the rest of us. A great buffet breakfast in the main lodge and great pizza and cold beverages upstairs in the Timberwolf for dinner are highly recommended, we can't wait to go back again.
